My wife was not granted to leave as they asked the amount to be paid. When we mentioned that the amount is already paid through Makemytrip for the bookings, they asked us to make payment and get reimbursement from Makemytrip. My wife nearly missed her flight due to this whole conversation.
Eventually, my wife was ready to pay but they asked us to leave and asked not to book with them again.
