My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff seemed unprofessional and not customer-friendly, which set a negative tone right from the beginning. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and far below basic standards of cleanliness. On top of that, the food was average at best, yet the prices were unreasonably high compared to the quality of service and facilities offered. Overall, it feels like the management is more focused on charging high rates than providing a comfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel and suggest looking for better alternatives nearby.

This hotel so disappoint me room is too small and food quality is so low but price is to expensive and drink are also too expensive please do not go to this hotel

Very disappointed with this hotel. The food was the worst part – they served old, stale dishes that tasted terrible. On top of that, the prices were unreasonably high for such poor quality. Definitely not worth…

I recently stayed at OYO 123 Hotel Prince Plaza during my visit to Kathmandu. The hotel’s location in Gyaneshwor is quite convenient, being close to major landmarks like Pashupatinath and Boudhanath Stupa. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, television, and hot water supply, which met my essential needs.  
The staff were courteous and helpful, assisting me with local information and transportation arrangements. However, I did notice that the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as there were some areas that seemed overlooked during housekeeping.

Very beautiful view from some of the rooms, rooms are spacious and so are toilets with 24 hrs of running hot and cold water. Big TVs in rooms and nearly all channels are available. Beds are comfortable with big pillows.

The room was okay but they will scam you with their food bill. Never eat at their restaurant even if you decide to stay there.
