I exchanged emails with the owner about my arrival time which was at 10 pm in the night aswell as he reassured me that I will get picked up from the airport.
After almost 40 hours of travelling I really wasnt in the mood to experience that nobody was there to pick me up. I had to negotiate with drunk taxi drivers about the price since they wanted me to pay 20 dollars for a ride I could have gotten for free.
When I finally arrived at the hotel at 11 pm the whole place, and neighbourhood was DARK. Everything was closed and there was no one to get me checked in. I had paid my room in advance! Now I had to walk with my heavy luggage thru thamel to find another place for the night since the taxi driver left already!
I tried to get in touch with the owner the next day and they are still ignoring my emails and the refund I asked them about! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!

Good location.
They need to make an improvements and the hotel could be great, but at the moment there’s better options for that price.
We booked rooms and also paid for it. When we went to get the rooms they simply refused that we ever had booked rooms with them. The staff was also raising voice and trying to threaten us after we asked to call the owner. The owner never picked up his phone.
Be very careful while booking rooms with them. They only give rooms if you are a tourist or are willing to pay in dollars
