I stayed for several nights! The hostel is very clean, with the hostel lady sweeping and cleaning the floor! I made a reservation for a bus to Kathmandu, so I made the arrangements. The lady was very courteous. I had an early morning bus reservation, so I wanted to check out early. Trip.com said check-out time was from 6:00 AM, but when I arrived before 6:30 AM, there was no staff there. There was a notice in front of the staff member's room asking me to knock in case of an emergency, so I felt a bit sorry, but I knocked and the staff member helped me check out! The male staff member was very polite and didn't show any signs of annoyance. The hostel was generally clean, but I was a little concerned about the stains on the curtains. They tend to attract dust, so I think washing them occasionally would make it more comfortable.

The single rooms don't come with a hairdryer, shampoo, or toothpaste, so remember to bring your own; otherwise, you'll have to walk a bit further to the small shop in front to buy them. The hotel does offer laundry service, which is quite convenient.

staffs are friendly explain everything clearly on how to go get bus to other destination, they help you get cable car pick up arrange as well, also they do provide free drinking water, just bed a little too soft

Very nice hostel with perfect location right by the lake , you can stay in the private room for reasonable price! Very clean and the stuff is very friendly and helpful ! I highly recommend ! The dormitory rooms are very good too, the beds are big and each bed has own fan which is the bonus!
