We had such a pleasent experience here! The hotel staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice, wide, clean and the bed is so comfy! Recommended!

My husband and I spent two nights here recovering after our trek, and it was the perfect choice. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Pokhara and just steps away from the lake, shops, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive; they even packed us a breakfast box for our early flight! A special shout-out to the lovely lady at reception who gave me her own hair tie when mine broke, talk about going above and beyond! The room was spotless, the shower was excellent, and the highlight was definitely the view. Waking up to those stunning mountain vistas from our window was unforgettable. Thanks everyone at Snow Peak Hotel.

The hotel's cleanliness needs improvement; the bath towels provided in the room had yellow stains.

The hotel offers a variety of outdoor activities; we participated in paragliding. Transportation was convenient, with a direct shuttle service from the hotel entrance.

We stayed at the hotel for one night after the trek, we were greeted wonderfully, checked in quickly, the room was clean, there was hot water, and a delicious breakfast.

Overall, it was very mediocre. The facilities were old and the hygiene was poor, especially the towels and bath towels, which I dared not use. When I contacted the business, the only solution they offered was to delay check-out until 2 PM. I was speechless. If this were the case in China, the place would have been shut down long ago.

The hotel is very comfortable. The three large beds in the triple room are very spacious, and the space is larger than the more expensive hotel we stayed in. The hotel staff is also very nice, and the hotel breakfast is also good, one serving per person. You can go to the hotel~

Very nice hotel. Good location just a walking distance to central bus station and a big park near the lake. I was there for one night only, the room was on the top floor, spacious, clean and comfortable, the city view was nice but unfortunately it was very foggy in the morning and during the day and the snowy himalaya mountain ranges were not in sight at all (bad timing🙁). The staff services were great, very helpful and attentive (especially Mr.Milan Aryal 👍). The food from resto (pasta) was also very nice and tasty. Keep up the great work and surely will stay at snow peak hotel if ever go back to Pokhara! Cheers...

Great experience. The hotel is located in a perfect place. You will be able to see the peaks from your balcony and roof top. The hotel is very clean and neat. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly. My stay was enjoyable here. I recommend this hotel.
