The family who runs the guesthouse are beyond lovely. I stayed here before trekking and a month later when I returned it felt like I was coming home. I have since stayed 2 more weeks with them. It is quiet and comfortable and if youre looking for a more authentic experience instead of a youth hostel or pricey hotel, this is a great option. Razu, the owner speaks excellent English and is very helpful with advice and general questions about Nepali life and culture. I have very much enjoyed my time with the whole family!

This is a small hotel run by a cute and friendly family. We found it on our way of hotel hunting and really liked it. They have laundry service and food service, and the family themselves do all of it. They would sit with us during dinner and chit-chat, which was really sweet. Rooms were just good enough too. They requested us not to use much water in bathroom which I feel is due to fresh water issues in Pokhara. Still a nice, budget friendly place to stay at. The lady from the owner’s recommended me to opt for one of the bus tours which I took, that wasn’t that great, however she had explained me about it earlier so that I kept my expectations less.

Nice jungle garden and friendly hosts but too expensive for a moldy bathroom and you have to leave the key on a desk everybody can reach in case a third person is ad's to your room so don't leave any valuables in your room. There are cheaper guestrooms in better condition downtown. We tried to tell them our inconvenience this morning and there was no reaction. Oh man.

There are cheaper guesthouses with better condition around. Food is quite expensive for the quality and quantity. No hot water, even they are advertising it. So all together I would not recommend that place

Amazing friendly staff. Haven't felt more at home since getting to Nepal. Food is great and reasonably cheap but there are obviously cheaper places around that don't provide accommodation.

The family run business also does enormous work for training in sustainable agriculture and housing earthquake victims, on their farm outside of town. Really inspiring place and people there actually.

Couldn't recommend it highly enough

Located in a peaceful area close to the touristy lakeside area of Pokhara.
The room and washroom turned out to be spacious and well maintained.
The in-house restaurant has a muti cuisine menu. Alcoholic beverages are also available.
There is also a travel help desk for the convenience of the guests.
A good place to stay for those who prefer a peaceful environment.

We were in Pokhara for 6 nights at OYO. The place was very clean and tidy and the staff were extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. On top of this, the breakfast in the hotel was cooked to perfection. Would recommend staying here for anyone on a budget.

Booking was confirmed within 5 minutes. I got exactly the same room that I booked. That is something I liked the most. On top of that the staffs had a cheerful face, good guidance about the city and prompt service delivery. I also liked OYO boutique soap. Would like to know if I can get that outside.

Altogether a fastastic experience.

The worst hotel I have ever lived in. The staff are very arrogant. The service is worse than even road side lodges. Some instances:

I asked the AC is not working, got reply - why do you need AC in Nepal.

I asked the kitchen staff to make 2 omlets, the staff prepared one and when I asked for the other, got reply - Why are you not telling at a time and you are confusing.

The kitchen didn't had glasses to drink water.

In washroom, the hand shower is not working.

After all these, when we went to the manager with all these, he said please don't be smart regarding the AC. If you don't like then you can check out.

We at that point booked another hotel and checked out from this even if we had a booking for 2 days.

I will never recommend anyone to ever visit this filthy hotel. If there have been a zero or negative rating this hotel deserves it mainly due to the behaviour of staff and the attitude of manager.
