A good hotel with interior garden view for most rooms. Always with tourist groups where you would find noisy during check in. Restaurant staff were very helpful though food choices were limited. However, the reception staffs was not very customer oriented and prevent customer to bring the hotel umbrella outside of hotel by saying the umbrella was to be used in house only.

This was a luxurious hotel with an excellent lakeside location. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and towels were of good quality. The room was aesthetically pleasing. The view of the lake was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent resort. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the resort is very central and by the lake. The grounds were kept immaculate and the rooms were very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with good variety for both meats and vegetarian.

Amazing hotel, we greatly appreciated that upon arrival, staff offered to upgraded us to a beautiful complimentary premium suite with multiple rooms and incredible city, mountain and lake views. They then offered us a free drink. They helped us arrange taxi services and gave us recommendations on things to do in the city. Overall great experience. Would recommend.

i went with my family, & we stayed 2 days, last year it was very bed but now over all the hotel is good, just need to improve some washroom shower maintained and need to add the staff, over all is good, me by the management is changed so hotel going well.

This place is in a perfect location for shopping and the lake. It has a great swimming pool and outside bar area and is suitable for kids. No lifts so a lot of stairs to conquer and average decor. It’s a bit outdated in the rooms but they’re large and clean. The bed was a bit uncomfortable to me and the shower not enough water pressure. The staff are very attentive. I found the food only average but the coffee great.

Mount Kailish Resort is a beautiful property with comfortable rooms. Unfortunately the shower nor the hair dryer worked properly. We were located close to the lake road and the traffic noise persisted until early hours of the morning. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet (pancakes, french toast, bacon etc.) were stone cold when we served ourselves at the buffet. For these reasons, I would not return.

We had a 2 night stay here while in Pokhara, and our room was located in the building across the parking area from reception. The hotel is across the street from Lake Phewa, and our room had views of the nearby mountains from the balcony where we could watch parasailers. The a/c worked great, and we had plenty of space for our luggage. Breakfast was included each morning in the hotel restaurant, and it was nice selection of hot and cold items with an eggs made-to-order station. The street-side bar had a happy hour daily from 5-8pm with seven choices of buy 1, get 1 free cocktails for 600 NPR. The cocktails weren’t that strong, but they did taste good, and we were allowed to sit inside win the air-conditioned restaurant with our drinks.

Our stay at Hotel Mount Kailash Resort was great. Friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, accommodating for travelers continuing on and returning to store unneeded baggage in a safe and secure location. The pool and poolside bar are great for relaxing and the access to shops and restaurants along the lakeside is an easy walk. The breakfast buffet is very good and coffees from the espresso machine are incredible. We loved our stay and will definitely come back when we return to Pokhara.

Great food, on the expensive side but for the size an quality not that expensive. And when I say expensive I mean for Pokhara not by Australian restaurants standards so all in all great value.

I had booked the room online for 2 people i.e. 2590 INR while the offline guest got the same room 600 INR Lakeside is surrounded by many Hotels and there is an upliftment of cheap rooms. Hotel owner indecent behavior with the guest👎👎👎

The hotel owner scammed me, the fare per passenger of Pokhara bus tour is 400 Nepalese rupees, we got the husband wife ticket for 800 rupees per person paid for double the money! The bus ticke paid by me for 2 people is Rs 1600 whereas it is Rs 800!

They cheat by speaking sweet, be careful before staying in the hotel! nearby hotels are quite good

Online price is very high of hotel online price is more than double!
I will never suggest travelers for stayed this hotel cause hotel owner scammed me!

Comfortable, affordable and conveniently located near the lakeside and within walking distance of the main shopping areas. The guesthouse is family run and the hostess is a very kind and friendly lady, she and her children were most helpful. The accommodation was basic but adequate, WiFi was fair and shower was hot. Would stay again!

Great little guesthouse tucked on a quieter street of Lakeside Pokhara. The rooms were simple and clean, and the bathrooms were full functioning with hot water for showers. We did have some small ants in our bathroom coming out from a hole above the sink, but they were harmless and we were not bothered by this. Good bang for buck if you are a low maintenance backpacker. Beautiful views from the balcony and rooftop. Cannot comment on the bakery as it was never open during our week long stay. Best of all, Chiran and his family were so friendly and open to help with anything.
