Bhanjyang Village Lodge in Pokhara

1/5 you say ? If i could give 0 i would. Sure the views are amazing, but this review is about the resort. We had an awful time when we stayed here. Here are some of the highlights , or should that be lowlights. We were given the room Kausi West, it is on the back of the building up some steep steps next to where the rubbish is kept, it didn’t even have a view. And the smell in the room was awful. All the other rooms on the front had great views. ……. The room wifi didn’t work at all….. we ordered a coffee in the restaurant, it took 50 minutes, the waiter even said he wanted to quit . . . At breakfast the eggs were so raw they were see-thru. …. I ordered a chicken sandwich in the evening, i asked for no tomatoes , guess what it was full of !! (And i was the ONLY customer in the restaurant at the time). . . The staff justdid not seem at all bothered to do anything . . . Even when we asked for the bill they took 45 minutes before saying to go to the bar to get it. . . And that is where they left the best til last !!!! They added up the extras and we paid cash, the older guy was reluctant to give us the receipt but eventually did, we just wanted to get out of there, it was awful from start to finish……. While driving to Pokhara Airport we looked at the bill…. It added up to about 3,000 rupees, the older guy had written down 8,000 rupees !!! We called and after a while he wired the 5k. …. We felt this probably happened quite a lot when people checked out. . .. Ok, the views are amazing, but this review is about the resort, and everything was awful. Sorry, but check your bill when you leave.

I have never feel bad than here .. The service is worst .. they don’t know how to deal with guest .. !! View : You can have same view from anywhere : For sure You don’t need to pay that much expensive stuff to have worst view than Sarangkot View. It made me sad and my day totally became boring after this
