I went there during Nepali new year. We look into the room and decided not to stay. But the owner start throwing bullshit blame to us for not staying and ask for full payment just for observing the for 5 min. The toilet , room are full of smell. Literally it will make you vomit. Location is good and there is garden too but... the staff and room and service is totally bullshit. Please don't go there....

It was amazing hospitality and comfort stayed. The staffs are very friendly and helpful and dedicated to the services. Anyone can feel family atmospheric environment in this place with beautiful lake and mountain views from the Hotel Mandala. If anyone is looking for beautiful holidays around pokhara please check this place, you will enjoy the same way as I did.

Pleasant rooms and good staff. Good views from the rooms and within the city centre so easily accessible to all tourist sites.

Good hotel at good location.. i have visited twice, it used to have big garden before COVID. But now it has small area . But still it has big rooms and good facility.. one suggestion is to have blanket with white cover , we felt disturbed using blankets without cover .

Wake up to birdsong- it's only 1 minute from Halan Chowk but this family run guess house has gardens all round. It's recently renovated, comfortable and clean, with spacious rooms and very helpful owners. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with a malicious staff. If there is a possibility to ripp you off, they will do so. There are a lots of hotels in Pokhara with friendly and reliable staff, but you won't find that in hotel Mandala.

We had no complains about the food taking more than 45mins to reach our table. We are in Nepal, what can we say. The food was tasty but nothing made me WOW. Price was very reasonable comparing to other restaurants along Phewa lake.
