This hotel is located in a small alley in the Lake Side area of Pokhara, Nepal. The rooms are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated, and the cleanliness is just average. There's a Chinese restaurant not far from the hotel, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the tourist bus station.

My mother's garden is located on a quiet little street. It's a beautiful garden with many birds nesting in the ancient trees; I haven't been awakened by their chirping in a long time. Had a lovely stay at Cascade Hotel from 15th–20th June 2025. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located in Lazimpat. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay smooth and pleasant. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Very friendly and attentive staff

Basanta Inn has a great family atmosphere. I was a solo traveller and was looked after by Jivan and his family. I was included in their family meals. My room was clean, cool and very comfortable. The coffee and breakfast were great. I was also driven every morning by Jivan to the school I was volunteering at. I could not recommend Basanta Inn highly enough.

A nice family run hotel. The beds as super comfortable and the aircon works well. The cafe down stairs makes the best peach iced tea. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the place is clean. If you want hot water you have to remind them 😊 It’s also within walking distance to most things and they also will provide a car or organise taxis to other places they have suggested

The location is perfect, after a 5-10min walk, you can get to the birth place of Buddha. The clerk’s smile is impressive. Room is big enough for me, clean and air-condition works well. It has a small garden, beside,you may enjoy you coffee in the lobby.
