Hotels in Nepal

The hotel's location is inconvenient, being up on a hill. Taxis charge extra to get there, so it's really only suitable for a one-night stay to experience it, not for long-term living. I haven't found any hotels in Nepal to be exceptionally clean, but this one was actually the cleanest of my entire trip. However, it still had some visibly uncomfortable aspects.

We randomly chose this place without much expectation, but the restaurant turned out to be surprisingly good 👍 we saw the bathtub and decided to go for it ， However, the bed felt quite old and made noise whenever we moved, which affected our sleep a bit.

A resort with a great view of the mountain range and fewa lake. Rooms are big and spacious. Air is clean as it can be. Last 300m road is narrow and unleveled, so, it's difficult for new drivers to reach the hotel on a four wheeler. Personally, Would rate this place a 5 star if the prices were a bit cheaper.

The hotel is very close to the Buddha Stupa, which is a great plus. Unfortunately it is located on a very busy street, across the street from the pedestrian area around the Stupa and crossing the street could be nerve wrecking. The hotel has a restaurant and spa, both featuring Thai specialties. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here with a few friends after backpacking in solukhumbu region for 5 days, it was refreshing and the staff was very friendly. Pradeep was very helpful and he showed us around the rooftop and took some of our song requests. Pradeep also made great conversation and gave good recommendations on souvenirs.

Good place to stay if you are travelling to/around Nagarkot. You can see the amazing view of Kathmandu valley (including three districts - Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur). Bojinee Dam is just few minutes (walk) away from the resort. Food is amazing and I liked the service.

It was low peak and therefore hotel was quiet. However, my room faces an eatery and therefore some noises expected until around 11pm as they were also washing pots and pans. Stayed at new wing and there were no lift, so expect to carry your luggage. As it was not peak, breakfast was set menu instead and was very tasty, service at the restaurant was great too.

Although it was close to the stupa, it was away from the hustle and bustle, so I was able to relax. The rooms were spacious and equipped with heating and hot showers. There was a cafe on the rooftop where you could take a break while looking at the stupa. The staff were very kind and sent me off cheerfully when I left. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Nepal again.

This hotel is a great place to stay as it is central and off the main road. The staff here are without a doubt the best freindliest most helpful bunch of people II have ever met in a hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always cheerful. I am going to see some more of the country soon but I will definitely come back here when I come back to Kathmandu.

Since this hotel is on the side of the mountain, there is a lot of walking up and down the stairs from the lobby to our room and for our meals.
