Upon arriving we noticed that the heat had not been turned on and the room was cold. We could not get the radiator to heat up, so we called the number given to us. A very helpful woman arrived in about two minutes and fixed the problem. The hair dryer was not working either, she fixed that immediately as well. Those things happen, and I what I really appreciate is a prompt correction of the problem. The location of the hotel is ideal. Great value for the money.
