Multiple guests highlight the excellent views from the Letter O and Letter L loft rooms. The free ferry service to and from Amsterdam Central Station is a major convenience, running until late night and every half hour. Staff are frequently described as friendly and very helpful, enhancing the overall guest experience. Rooms are noted for being very clean with good heating and double glazing, contributing to comfort. Breakfast receives consistent praise for variety and cleanliness of setup. Guests appreciate the unique experience of staying on a boat with well-maintained facilities such as bike rentals and free WiFi. Several reviews mention parking security issues, including car break-ins near the hotel area. Some guests experienced noise disturbances and structural issues in rooms, such as openings in ceilings and shared bathroom cleanliness. The self-check-in and check-out system via computer is seen as impersonal, and some basic in-room amenities like kettles, irons, and complimentary water are absent. One review pointed out that a requested double bed was not provided and no compensation was offered. Breakfast, although generally praised, was described by a few as unexciting or chaotic.

The letter O room has a excellent view from the room. It made being away from family on Christmas day a lot easier to handle. We took the ferry over, it is just a short walk from there.

Initially very excited. It looks very nice and it's a boat- what an experience it will be!
Staff lacking in smile
Check in and check out yourself with a computer
No kettle No tea service No iron No WATER!
You have to buy at the machine
Hotel lobby area looks super cool and breakfast set up looks very clean, breakfast spread the usual, nothing exciting

WORSE part the room is ******* , the ceiling overhead was opening up like there is something pr someone living above peeping through your bedroom. A lot of noise at night...not made by humans. Had episode of sleep paralysis whilst there! I thought sleep paralysis wasn't real....
