Room was spotless and staff extremely courteous.

The price-performance ratio is very high, and finally, a hotel with free parking! The hotel environment is very nice, and the rooms are very spacious. The only downside is that there might not be much nearby, but it's a great place for a vocational school student to rest.

We just got back from a two night stay here. It’s a great location to visit our friends who live locally. Excellent accommodation and facilities, a very comfy room! Lovely breakfast with so much choice and staff were so pleasant. The hotel is only a 10 minute car journey into the centre of Zwolle. A great hotel, we will see you on our next visit.

COMFORT TWIN ROOM - We loved this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The room was amazing! So clean, well laid out, beautiful decor, comfy big bed, good lighting, great storage, comfy chairs (2 of them, thank you), beautiful bathroom with all you needed and a good size. I have stayed at this hotel many times, and whilst the stay was comfortable, this was perhaps the least pleasurable stay. The room was nice enough, but the bed was poorly made and the bedside lighting was very dim. I would still recommend this hotel as the best in the area.

The hotel structure is beautiful, the restaurant and bar are cosy.There is akso a small swummingpool and saunas. But the hotel is located outside of the city centre and the rooms have an awful view on commetcial buoldings. Terrible experiemce with one of the receptionist who showed no signs of being service minded.

Spacious rooms, but they're ok. They charge high prices just to give you the cheapest amenities. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel with cheaper one ply toilet paper. Someone must've gone out of their way to fine the roughest toilet paper that the Netherlands has to offer. Huge room, but no full body length mirror. Just one mirror in the whole room. The internet barely works, TV kept saying...

Was here for a meeting. Had a small lunch before the meeting which tasted good. Didn't make use of the rooms so can't judge that but overall the lobby and restaurant looked attractive so I assume the rooms meet the same standard.

Without slippers, I really can’t eat at the restaurant downstairs!

Lovely Hotel. Nice concept for family getaway. Beautiful lobby to hangout. The room is very spacious and comfortable. We arrived at night and all looked beautiful. In the morning you could see that the bathroom was not thoroghly cleaned. Found hair from precious guest, dust in corners and dirty tile grout.

We stayed here for 4 days when travelling back from Germany before catching the ferry from IJmuiden. The hotel is easy to find and the car parking excellent and free. I had a fabulous time here. First time in Deventer and I couldn't choose a better hotel to stay! Our room was huge with a beautiful view, and most important super clean! Came here for the Tesla supercharger. Happened to be breakfast time at the hotel And even though we didn’t want to pay for the full breakfast at the hotel, the staff were very happy for us to still have usual coffee and pastries for normal charges. Very modern and nice hotel

the property is on a two minutes drive from the coty centre of Deventer very reachable and clean!

Staff were very nice and helpful, also after my stay (needed an invoice via email). Lots of parking space, and - very important for me - rooms are quiet. Bed and room were clean, bathroom could have been cleaner though.

Recently we visited this place with our Fellowship of the Ring crew – there were about 10 of us today. We came during lunch hours. I ordered the Upark burger but I have to admit I was really disappointed. The fries and salad were okay, but there's no point in commenting on them when the main dish – the burger itself – was completely messed up. Highly recommend the U Parkhotel for any visit to Twente Uni or even Enschede (an hour walk away). The staff, presumably all students were welcoming and very friendly. The room was very comfortable with modern fittings, a minimalist feel and large windows overlooking the university campus. The only issue is rooms are chilly and don't really get warm. It did not only happen to me, all of my friends had the same issue with their rooms. I would give 2-3 stars just because of this. However, the kitchen and service staff was lovely and they helped me a lot for my allergies. I had no health problem thanks to them. Thats why I give 4 stars.

Very clean room with a very big and comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic. We would like to highlight the quality of the bread (which is quite rare in hotels) and the tea and warm breakfast options. Lastly, it is lovely that the hotel still has some of the features of the old hotel, like the café and the wide corridors. We really liked that they kept these.

The houses that can be rented at Waterresort Bodelaeke Giethoorn are very modern and luxurious for a holiday stay. What is particularly striking is that there is a jetty in front of each house where you can moor a boat. However, in our taste some of the dishes had way to much acidity and with respect to service it was really good and the staff were nice, but to us there comes a point where it get a bit annoying to continually be asked if it is a great evening etc.

Nice and friendly Very nice hotel with friendly staff located in a lovely neighbourhood. Stairs is steep and short so for those with big luggage, it will be a challenge. Also towels were small but luckily they had a lot. Other than that, very nice place to stay!!

Boutique hotel, with charm of mid 19th century architecture and design. Friendly team, good and quick service. The whiskey bar is something special - the owner is passionate about it and gave couple good stories. Will stay there every time when I'm in Zwolle.

We had a room right at the top. It was massive, a fully equipped apartment really. You just report at the bar in the restaurant to get the key. The person helping us was friendly. Right in the middle of town, walking distance from everything.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. Great rooms and in the middle of the city. There was no breakfast available, however, everything was close at hand and there was plenty of places close by to have breakfast, lunch or diner. Very affordable too.

Stayed here and it was great! This is a pretty good location. Very spacious room, immaculate and comfortable beds. The housekeeping staff were extremely on top of it and quite thorough. We sat for almost an hour at breakfast time just enjoying the friendly atmosphere and wonderful food. We would certainty return here. Recommended.

The room is huge and with great decoration for a romantic stay in this beautiful town. My room was located on the second floor and unfortunately there is no elevator in the building. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower with steam bath. The minibar was free and stocked with beer, refreshments and snacks. I missed more amenities in the bathroom (more shampoo/soap mainly). Nice hotel, great staff. Being an old hospital, the rooms are a bit of a strange configuration (at least ours was). The hotel is located in the restricted vehicle / pedestrian area of town so transporting luggage is a bit more of a chore. Nice stay overall, and good breakfast.

Our group stayed here for 5 days and the hotel is wonderful. Lots of history and character, very clean, and the location in old town was perfect to enjoy the shopping and restaurants. It is an historic building, very authentic, that was very nice. But because of that, it was noisy. The city of Deventer is very nice. There was no restaurant in the hotel-building. Only for breakfast. There was a Fletcher-offer : 3 course diner included, and lower price to stay, but because of the lac of a restaurant, they could not give me the offer, they also did not lower the prise.

Walkable from the hotel! We fell in love with this place especially when it was built in the 1700's and was very easy to walk to city centre from the hotel.
