Canceled 24hrs before arrival. No reason given. We booked 11 months in advance and had to pay double for a last minute alternative in another hotel. A lot of stress. I can only assume they've shutdown, so avoid at all costs.

Cancelled our booking 24hrs before arrival, no reason given. We made the booking 11mths earlier. I assume they've been shut down given the complete lack of communication. We had to pay double for a last minute alternative. Avoid this hotel and others in the group as we have been ghosted entirely.

We booked two nights at the bellhop July 29, 2025 that was our booking date for May 28-30, 2026 €149 today February 24, 2026. The Bellhop called it booking disruption and they could no longer accommodate us at the hotel. Now we have to pay €288 which is €139 more and *********** will only pay us five euros more for the inconvenience. This is blatant robbery and should be illegal.

Location ok ish, staff brilliant, comfort none. There is no lift, very steep and narrow stairs, very small rooms (width of the room is the length of the bed). In the room is no privacy when on the toilette, you need to walk through the shower to go to the toilette. The breakfast was good but not worth 17€. More variety would have been nice. Starting time of breakfast ( 07.30) was actually 08.45 Loud music until the early morning on Saturday Bed enclosed on three sides (1st room even had the roof sloop taking away 20-30 cm of a 140cm bed)

Ideal location, great breakfast and AMAZING atmosphere. Rooms just like in the photos, the only downside is that it can get loud in the evening and night, but the closed windows quiet evening down to an okay level. I recommend if someone wants to be in the centre of the town!

book this hotel now! The locating is great, absolutely great, you’re in the city center were shops like HM, Zara, weekday, bershka and fastfood places like KF, McDonald’s are all in walking distance, so book that hotel right now, breakfast was sooo good, I chose the bacon egg plater and it was good. The staff, wow the staff was soo nice, the lady at the desk was so lovely, I’m lost for words, when you order you’re breakfast plate you get to choose which beverage you would like to have, you can choose between different types of coffee and tea and you can get an orange juice. Me and my friend don’t like coffee so she decided to make chocolate milks for us, that was really thoughtful! we stayed in the quadruple room, small but big enough. I would definitely visit there again!!!!! I have no complaints. Some reviews complain about the noice outside but I didn’t notice any of that.

Lovely building, modern and asthetic interior in the rooms and a very comfy bed.
I knew about the noise on the street beforehand and it was not a problem to me. Location is supernice and the cafe, the bellhop gave me a voucher for, was very good as well, but although I booked my room with 'breakfast included' and expected the voucher to be for a free breakfast or at least a decent discount the only discount I got were I think 10 or 15% (in my case it
was approx. 4 euro's off of my breakfast), which is dissapointing When you book a 'breakfast included' you expect to be the breakfast included and not having to pay for it.
Checking in and out and having a mobile keycard was very convenient also (big thank you for the bar next door for allowing me to use their wifi to check in!)
The only thing I found not very handy was that you have to step over the shower to access the toilet. But I will surely book the bellhop again a next time.

Nice small hotel in the midst of the bar area and very close to the centre. Because of the bars there will be some sound when people are on the terraces, but nothing too extreme, and you should expect it at a location like this.
Because of the key by phone system you can enter and leave whenever you want, without needing to adhere to reception opening hours.
Be aware that you need to take the fairly narrow stairs.

Interesting bathroom lay out. Walk through the shower to use the toilet. So floor is wet after showers when using the toilet.

Nice place!
The staff were so friendly and helpful, no lift and very steep stairs but the staff helped with our bags! Super small room but has what you need, walls are thin and not very sound proof but overall a really nice stay.
