Near the airport. 10mins walk to the airport.

Although the hotel is close to the city, public transportation is not convenient and it is suitable for self-driving. There is no water in the room and you can only drink tap water. The overall hotel price is still very competitive.

I booked for entire bed but got 2 small separate ones

The room is very clean and spacious. It is cost-effective. The most important thing is the large parking lot, which is free.

The hotel is not far from the airport, it takes 15 minutes to walk, and it is a little hard to find. Due to the flight delay, I arrived at the hotel at 3 am. I asked the front desk to help me keep breakfast and extend the check-out time to 1 pm, and they accepted it. This is very humane. Pretty clean room, although easy to hear people in the next door room. No shower curtain or glass to stop water getting all over the bathroom, which was strange. Great location next to the airport though and staff were pleasant.

It is more like a smart hostel so not there were not many people helping, but our CityHost Jed was very helpful and helped us with our check-in. The facilities were very clean and complete with everything one would need for a stay, including towels, shampoo and even a bath robe was provided. It was worth the money and would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast options were plentiful and very good, the bar service was friendly and very good, our corner room with large windows and balcony provided excellent views of the river, bridge and passing boat. The layout with sitting area and desk was very useful. Option to use stairs was appreciated. The kind and friendly staff made our visit to this interesting city a pleasure.

No solo light and electric socket for each bed. Also, no curtains for privacy for each bed. The location is good, only 10 minutes to the central station and 20 minutes to the city centre. You can store your luggage there for free. The breakfast is not so great, so it is not really necessary to add.

Pleasant hotel close to Rotterdam Central station. Friendly staff with plenty of English. Seems to have some oirt of "fast food" Indian restaurant attatched, menu card was in the room. Kettle and tea bags (no coffee) in the room.

The location is very good, perfect option for easy transportation, there were mosquitoes in the room :( and there was no garbage, only garbage in the WC, there was no kettle etc.

One of the cheapest in that region. But the house keeping service was not good. I stayed 11 nights, 3 of those days someone put the don’t disturb card on my door to avoid cleaning. On the passages there was spiders nest. But other personals at the reception was very helpful and nice.

The transportation is very convenient as it is right next to The Hague Airport in the Netherlands. The price is quite affordable for the Netherlands. The bed was also quite comfortable and I slept very comfortably. The service staff is very friendly. It was a perfect accommodation experience.

The room was beautiful but there was a lot of areas missed for cleaning. Beside bed , back of big mirror etc. skirting edges all thick with dust. Our first observation was the uncared for front door area and mat which gives a poor impression. Also dirt in door runners on lift floor. Shame as such simple things. We stayed for 1 night before crossing out of Rotterdam. We loved our stay here! Warmly greeted immediately by staff. Room was large and charming as pictures. Easy 10 minute walk to cruise terminal in the am.

The staff at this hotel was extremely accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to the metro for easy access for day trips. Their breakfast was lovely and the small hotel bar was very cheerful.

The room was clean, the double bed was quite comfortable, and it was very quiet thanks to the two windows, which provided good soundproofing. You need to bring your own slippers and toiletries. The breakfast was passable. It's suitable for business travelers as you can work at your desk in the morning and enjoy the view.

The Hotel Bastion is a good place to stay. Clean and neat. Not many place to visit close by. 20 minute ride to good restaurants in Rotterdam Centrum.

The location is super convenient! It's a pet-friendly hotel, which is great. It's a shame there's no parking, though. The room itself was a decent size, but the heating was incredibly weak, and I was cold all night. They do provide water on the first floor.

Very good location near to Metro n other public transport . Just opposite the hotel there is Jumbo supermarket where u can get your snacks n necessary item , breakfast bread items n etc . There is a lovely canal outside of the hotel . Within walking distance landmarks Markthal

A little walk from Rotterdam Blaak Station. The location is pretty near to the attraction in Rotterdam. Overall still ok, it would be better if they can provide some water of electric kettle to customer.

At our arrival at 15.00 the room was ‘t available yet although this is the check in time mentioned on the website. Elegantly solved by the staff by offering a drink on the house. It's great experience as place mix hotel, permanent room renting, co-working spaces, leasure areas and get together spaces like gym, ping-pong, projector (saw Spanish La Liga match there!) etc. Hotel rooms are spacious, very comfortable. One small minus is the quite tricky variable light intensity control. Breakfast in the bar is nice and tasty. All is topped with very friendly staff.

The hotel is near the market and the Cube House. In addition, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the pier to the Children's Dike. The room has a terrace and a record player. The only drawback is that the water pressure is low.

This chain hotel has white sheets covering the pillows, which is a bit scary. Who noticed that it was placed like this? Parking is relatively convenient, but it is not suitable to come here in this season. It rains heavily and drizzles every day, which is really boring.

This was a great hotel…super close to the historic centre of Delft yet easily accessible from the motorway. Staff were very kind and friendly. Rooms had fun decor and good amenities.

Close to center of town and freeway access. Parking is a problem: restricted access to parking lot and garage is expensive. Our room had a very small bathroom with clumsy access to the shower.

We spent one night at this hotel. It's an amazing historical building (Headquarter of HAL - Holland Amerika Lijn) and you see and feel the historical atmosphere whether you're in hall or in the room itself. Service was great although we didn't had any special requests. The breakfast was nice with a good mix of various options.

It was closed because of lockdown. But it is really beautiful on the outside. Also, I had the best hot chocolate there! The coffee is open for order and pick up.

Really nice hotel with a great location. The hotel has such a nice aesthetic, and the theme really fits the old port vibes. The room was really nice and bigger than we thought it was going to be. The prices are a bit steep, and there is a bit of traveling to get to the sights of the city.

The staff were so helpful and gave plenty of advice on where to visit and how to get around. The overall feel of the hotel is very special - the exposed brick, the wooden beams on the ceilings, the areas to sit and relax with views on the water. This hotel could really improve with some easy changes. They only give you coffee in the room on your first day. That makes no sense!! They don’t replenish toilet paper, Kleenex or empty the trash when they make up your room. We had to ask for more toilet paper. The towels are thin and old and so are the bed linens. The chairs are stained. General maintenance isn’t addressed, throughout the hotel....

Centrally located next to a canal of Old Delft, we got a studio with a kitchenette which we used to fix breakfast. Very nice overall. We were in the annex 1 street over, so I can't comment about the main hotel.
