The hotel was strategically located in the food district, and nearby supermarkets provided guests with access to necessities. The hotel staff were super, they made sure I was comfortable. One of the staff even gave me a map and gave recommendations on where to go and where to eat.

Was an easy spot to get around locally. The area looks a little shaddy, but i had no issues, people were very friendly.

The overall feeling is pretty good, the room is not small, three pieces of luggage can be spread out, it is two stops away from Rotterdam Central Station, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, and it is convenient to travel, whether it is going to Cube House, The Hague or Kinderdijk.

Great location. Walkable from central train station if you don't mind walking a bit. I felt safe at night walking the relatively busy streets. The last little bit is quieter, which is perfect because it makes it very quiet to sleep at this hotel. The room was very clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but not great. Plentiful though! And good coffee.

Great little hotel round the corner from the train station. The rooms were basic and compact but really well designed and had everything you need. No tv or kettle in room but hot water and lemon water provided plus good free WiFi from streaming. The staff were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place for a budget friendly stay in Rotterdam.

Claustrophobic room, windows facing the internal resting area made it feel like sleeping in a box. Would only recommend if there were no other options nearby the station.

Just a heads-up: if you have heavy luggage, there are some small stairs to navigate. I'm deducting a point for the lack of slippers and a hairdryer. Otherwise, the location is great, close to the station, the staff were lovely, and the room was spacious and good!

It's a 5-minute tram ride from Central Station, so I think it's very convenient. The hotel is a little old, but clean. However, depending on the room you stay in, you may need to exit the reception area and enter through a separate entrance. Hotel itself is a very old building therefore does have stairs, and doesn't have an elevator big luggage might be hard to navitage. the lack of receptionists makes the experience a bit unusual, but everything worked fine with check-in and check-out. Common areas should be refurbished as they look old. Room was spacious, just as small critics the sink was not working properly.

The staff service was somewhat cold. As for the rest, I've already commented on it in another review. They could improve the facilities and room, and do better maintenance, to be considered a 4-star hotel. It's a non-smoking hotel, but I found cigarette butts on the terrace, so the room is just as contaminated.

For a hotel rated 4 stars, the room and facilities could be significantly improved; they were somewhat neglected and poorly maintained. Although the lady preparing breakfast was attentive, the buffet, while seemingly varied, was processed. The crepes and other items were packaged, not homemade.

Amazing place. Monique arranged perfectly the stay of my parents on her BBB. They stayed over for a couple of nights on a room and they had a perfect experience. Rooms are comfortable, with all necessary ecquipment. They are clean and silent during the nights. The view towards the water is fantastic!

It's just a regular motel; the rooms are quite old, but they're cleaned daily and the cleaning is pretty good. I'd recommend it for those on a budget. If your budget allows, I'd recommend a proper hotel (over 100 euros).

I was prepared to accept the price without much expectation of quality. Free parking and breakfast were included. The small room was perfectly acceptable for a short business trip, but the cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable... The bathroom had a strong urine smell... So I promptly cancelled the stay.

Basic clean room. Service is excellent. The property has no lift and the room is lack of sockets to plug in multiple devices. The position of those sockets is not good either which is all on one side near the window. No socket is near the bedside.

Beautiful hotel, with a good smell in the hall (the restroom smell cigarette). Very Dutch in terms of architecture. The noise from the busy street below is not very audible (but may disturb you if you are a light sleeper or very sensitive). A goods lift is available for your luggage and there is a coffee/tea area; ask at reception for the menu. And the location is perfect, I recommend it.

I arrived late in the evening and my whole bed was covered with hair. As I approached the reception desk, the lady said to me that there is no one who could change the bedsheets, and there were no other rooms available. I asked to change them at least tomorrow, which she said will be done. From early morning till the evening next day I was walking and when I came back, they still were not changed....
