We stayed here at the beginning and at the end of our New Zealand journey. The rooms are comfortable, clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpfull. We would come again.

Beautiful Colonial-style Guest House with a prime location. A very warm, cozy appeal featuring all modern amenities - WiFi, Kettle, Laundry facilities, Toiletries, BBQ, TV etc. The owners( Jill & Rob) are very welcoming, and know all the right places to eat(you can cook for yourself at the Manor if you prefer)! Unlike other B&Bs, they offer fresh sheets and towels everyday. Parking spaces at the Church next-door.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Manor! It's an adorable property and the service was great. The only thing i would suggest is that the bathroom in the cottage couple use a fresh coat of paint.

This guest house is truly a gem. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The self service kitchen I well stocked. The neighborhood is walkable with lots of awesome restaurant and bar options. The staff were incredibly accommodating to our needs and this was our second stay here. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Auckland!

Super disappointed. We used to frequent here in the evenings after work for cake and coffee . Been turned away twice now at 9:30 because they are closing early, because its supposedly quiet. Well its about to get a lot more quiet.

Love this spot. A world away from the fussy, organic hipster cafes you see so often these days. Causal, friendly, no-nonsense. A bit eclectic. Highly recommended.

Feel like a giant piece of cake and a drink?You found the perfect place.So delicious.Cheese cake,tiramisu cake,chocolate...so many. Love to stop by and look at the amazing paints inside.Great place!

Great raspberry tea.
I use this venue regularly for casual business meetings as I can always get a private table and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The meals are good and reasonably priced for the area. Parking is on street do first in best dressed but there are plenty of side streets around for safe parking.
Also you never know who you may bump into, a few local celebs feel comfortable wandering in frequently without causing a stir !

I had the risotto, followed by by black forest gateau. The risotto was beautifully done, creamy and smooth, as good as any I've had at La Bella Italia. Fantastic meal.
