The surrounding facilities are very convenient. The hygiene is acceptable, and the service is good.

Hotel has been renovated since our last visit, great location and has family spa.
Warm reception and gives goodie bags for little ones.
Location is good and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Room is not very big but good value for money .
Highly recommend and would come back again.

We recently had a wonderful stay at Jet Park Hotel Rotorua and can highly recommend it. The service from the receptionist was absolutely standout—friendly, efficient, and very welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind.
One particular highlight for me was the bathroom amenities; I absolutely loved the products they use in the shower, which felt high-quality and added a nice touch of luxury to the stay. Furthermore, the late check-out time of 11 am was a big bonus. It was so nice not having to rush out the door in the morning. Overall, a great value experience with excellent staff. I will definitely be staying here again!

Description in Trip.com stated the hotel comes with full kitchen, kitchenette and microwave oven. However, upon arrival, the room only have a microwave with the kitchenette. my is a suite with an additional room for my boy. However, the whole unit has only one aircon. And the aircon is not strong and cold enough. Not worth the money as compared to quest rotorua which i stayed in before i moved to JetPark rotorua. Comparing to JetPark hamilton, the standard of JetPark rotorua is poorer

Very interesting hotel. If you book direct, you get free breakfast, but you don't get it if you book from Trip.com.. Sound proof isn't great, but great location.

The room is spacious, tidy, and warm. The bathroom is clean, staffs are friendly, and the breakfast buffet is good and reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay.

The wifi in hotel always disconnected. Hotel staff help us to connect with the conference one, but still not working. Customer service is good, staff is super friendly and helpful.

What can i say about burger king.When you first walk in your Welcome by this amazing smiles. Its almost like you have just been hugged by all of this amazing team. There voice are like angles "Laughing" So happy Wow. Even looking after each other like family. They even will bring to you your order.They are so helpful. They have time Zone, we kids can play basketball" This is fun" and other games. There are rest rooms exit doors Fire-extinguisher. Comfort seating" WIFI T.v So If you are traveling? Passing by. From oversea. Take time out with this amazing team rest be for you move on. This not 24 hour they are closed 10pm. One day they will be come 24 hour Rotorua has been busy> So for now This is the "Now" Make this happen, Make this work 2018 Thank you team you rock

Your standard run of the mill Burger King (Hungry Jack's), staff are friendly and attentive. Premises can be dirty during really busy time but staff seem to do their best.

Ordered something I got as a kid for $7. The price is radically different and you don't get what you paid for. I wouldn't ever pay that for a small drink, tiny chips and 3 tiny fish nuggets. Rip off. Tasty however.
