The room is compact, but although it is small, it is well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. You can even buy lunch boxes to pack your food, which is a great deal. A taxi from the airport costs 350 kronor, for reference. Highly recommended to friends who are in transit.

This hotel is not good, and it is not good for business. It feels like staying in a guest house. Apart from the good location, it is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Bergen. The bathroom is also bad, so it is not good anyway.

The room was clean and tidy. There's a Rema supermarket nearby, and several small shops to browse. One of the outdoor gear shops even had Arc'teryx. However, many shops were closed during the New Year period and reopened on the 6th. We checked in pretty late like at 2am, and was glad the frontdesk was still open and they very quickly helped us check in without hassle. Pity that parking is paid (but do not park right outside the hotel at omma!, there's a waaay cheaper parking just the street across for 1/3 the price!) Room was normal, nothing special!

Decent stay, premium room comes with nice sea port view. Could have made more effort to make parking easier as foreigners are not familiar. Got a parking fine as we did not display the paid ticket but successfully appealed after writing in but caused inconvenience.

Location is good, just walk a few mins to the shopping center, convenient store and restaurants, 20min walk to airport. 24hrs reception, it's convenient if you take a night flight. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful. I really enjoy staying here.

The service was excellent, from the check-in to the breakfast to the check-out, everything was settled swiftly. The room was amazing and the location is extremely convenient. The only downside might be the lack of amenities but that should not be a problem if your aim is to tour the city.

The location quite far from the train or metro station and the road some part is cobble stones so it difficult for the one who traveling with luggage

We had a lovely stay at Scandic Torget! The location is so convenient as you are within walking distance for many tourist/sightseeing spots. Tour busses usually do pick up on the same street as Scandic Torget so that is super convenient too! Only thing is that on the weekends it can get a little bit noisy from midnight to 4AM. The rooms were warm and everything was working perfectly. The breakfast offered a generous buffet selection, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only potential downside is that soundproofing could be better—you can hear noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms. If you’re sensitive to noise or prefer complete silence, this is something to keep in mind.

The roomt assigned was on the first floor facing the street, which made it somewhat noisy. Trams pass by at regular intervals, and the sound is quite noticeable. There were even trams running after 2 a.m., which might not be ideal for light sleepers. Apart from that everything was great.

The room is very large compared to European rooms. There is a bathtub for a comfortable soak during business trips. The facilities are not old. The hotel has a sense of design. There is an underground parking lot and there is also a parking lot across the road.

The sanitation is good. My room is close to the road and a bit noisy. The equipment is a bit old. For example, the hair dryer is a long time ago and always tangles my hair.

If it’s your first time traveling to Tromso and you wouldn’t know if you’d get another chance coming back, then I’d definitely recommend you to stay here. A must. Superb service, accessible bar anytime, perfect location and the view by the water and mountain, what else do you want? Tromso is walkable and this hotel is right at the heart of the city. Great location! However, the room's soundproofing isn't great, and there's a bar right outside which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast, though, was outstanding! Easily the best I've had these past couple of days.

The hotel itself was acceptable, the breakfast was very good. The main issue we faced was that after shortening our trip, it took more than two months to finally receive a refund, largely due to the very unresponsive main office of Thon Hotel. Still, if you remain persistent, the process does work out in the end.

We stayed three nights. Should be a great place to stay; helpful staff, pleasant decor, good breakfast, walkable to city centre. But, across the street (Eilert Sundts Gate) is what appears to be a student house; whoever the occupants are, they were very noisy with loud music late into the night, shouting and singing until the early hours. Even with the windows shut it was difficult to sleep.

We checked in late, around 2130, check in was very easy and provided us food before the bistro closed in the hotel at 2200. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We left before breakfast was served but we were able to take bread and cold cuts as well as coffee with us. One of the best places we have stayed.

I spent three weeks at the hotel. It's a beautiful location, with a great view of the water. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their assistance with bringing in a large group to the hotel. Breakfast is a perfect start to you day and The spa is the perfect place relax after a busy day.

Great service and hotel, we likes the food top pool a lot. But our dinner experience was horrible. Waited 45 min for our starters and another 45 min for our mail course. And on top of that the service was so bad from our waiter.

The ski resort hotel has many outdoor facilities, but unfortunately they're closed in the summer. There's not much to eat around, so you can only dine at the hotel. The hotel itself is quite nice, clean and hygienic. It has four beds; the guardrails on the upper bunks are rather low, so please be careful.

This is a ski resort,but we were there in June. Nice rooms,excellent restaurant and very easy parking! Not much around the hotel itself,but it had a lot of activities. Pretty much halfway between Bergen and Oslo if you are driving.

Great overall Amazing breakfast spread (massive and delicious with so many options). Room was of good quality, but not a great location if you have a car. The recommended public lot is a disaster. Would recommend if you’re traveling without a car but not with a car

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is good. But the windows in our room were pretty bad. Instead of seeing outdoor, like the pictures shown here, it opens in an interior area that includes the breakfast area. Not only it means it wasn't fully dark during the night, but also if we opened the window, we had no fresh air coming in. Not all rooms have that kind of windows, but a lot do.
