Great location, at Storgata where you can get to most places in Oslo. Close to Oslo S too, so easy to get to from Airport as well. The staff weren't particularly friendly and the luggage storage was at basement, so it was kind of troublesome because the lift only serves till level 1. Like other reviewers, also found some strands of hair on linen.

Automatic checki-in and out. It is located in the center and close to the Dom church. There are not many equipments in the room, but training gym, electronic pot, laundry machine, refrigerator, and microwave are available in the lounge. It is similar to the TAVINOS chain hotels in Japan, but the room is much larger.

The location and facilities were excellent, and it was easy to find. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, but do be prepared for an uphill climb. The room itself was spacious enough and very clean throughout. One minor point: there was some construction happening nearby during my stay.

No welcome. Room in basement which was in open view from the reception, so windows closed, and curtains. Bad lightening. No fridge. No breakfast buffet. Internet without password.

From the hotel it's easy to walk to some of the main tourist attractions and main streets with many supermarkets and convenience stores around. Our twin room was a little small and didn't have a kettle or fridge, otherwise it was nice and quiet and I slept very well. (A kettle and fridge plus microwave and laundry facilities were available in a shared/public space in the hotel)

Well located, it’s connected just next to the Oslo Central Station. You do not need to exit the building from the Train station to get to the hotel, it is located within the building block which also consists of a mall. Shops are plenty around the hotel and it is within walking distance to Karl Johans Gate, a popular shopping area in Oslo.

The room were decent, location was great, breakfast is average but sometimes I can hear kids above my floor running which could be improved.

The hotel is located within the same building as Oslo Central Train Station, which made it incredibly convenient—especially when traveling during winter, as there’s no need to walk far after arriving by train.

Clean and very big hotel with swimming pool and gym amenities. Comfortable beds (though would be better if the beds were able to be pulled further apart as it felt more like a double bed with 2 sets of covers.) We luckily got upgraded for free to a twin bedroom suite which had a large balcony with a beautiful view out onto Sandefjord fjord. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food options

The location is excellent. It's close to the commercial pedestrian street and cultural and historical sites. Overall, it's very convenient. We didn't spend much time in Oslo on this trip, so we just had a quick tour, but I had no regrets.

We stayed there 3nights , we enjoyed our holiday, its location is very fantastic and the environment and surrounding are very beautiful,  our room was very clean and ever day cleaning is done timely, but it’s a matter of sorrow that there was no drinking water facilities in the room, except this everything was great, wish could visit Oslo again and stay there ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

My meeting was in Nydalen, thereby a convenient location. The subway station is in the same building as the hotel. 45 minutes to the airport via the central station.

The hotel delayed check-in for no reason. I arrived before sunset.

The service was terrible. Even though we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign, the waiter still entered without permission when we were out for fun. They refused to clean the room during our extended stay. The reason given by the front desk was that we had not checked in and out before 12 noon. This was ridiculous and did not meet the service standards of a 4-star hotel. Bad review.

This hotel, supposedly where Obama stayed, has an amazing location—within walking distance of all the shops you want to visit! There are also plenty of attractions nearby, which you can easily see with a stroll. The hotel itself is very clean and beautiful. The hotel's advantages include free parking. It was very busy, with many tour groups staying there, and there was a queue for breakfast. I booked a triple room, but upon arrival I discovered the third bed was a narrow, fold-down bed against the wall, which wasn't very comfortable.

Great location with a 10min walk to both the airport and the wonderful Sola beach. Hotel room was fine for one night but on the small side for a longer stay with two children. Otherwise, the double bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains were great. A highlight was the breakfast buffé. It was nothing short of amazing with wonderful fresh quality products.

This is a large modern hotel quite a way outside of Trondheim, although the bus stop is only over the road and takes only 20mins to reach the city centre. The breakfast was good, but the room was very cold. The air conditioning only went up to 24 degrees Celsius and didn't blow any hot air. The room was reasonably clean and tidied daily, but the window glass was cracked which was a bit alarming.
