We stayed here 1 night only and arrived late but the service was good at check in. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was fine. We heard some talking from the room next door.

The location is perfect . It is right near to the Bergen central station. Walkable distance to Sentrum.

The room was exactly how it was pictured on the website. Super comfortable and spacious. If you want housekeeping, I think you need to request it at the counter, otherwise they won't clean the room. We only had two nights so the housekeeping wasn't necessary. Supreme location and the breakfast spread was so good. Unlimited coffee and tea at the lobby was great. Unbeatable location just beside the train station and walkable to the shopping centre and old town. Room is big and spacious with a quirky ceiling which I was told was deliberate as the building was originally a carpark . Breakfast spread was good. Hotel in good location, walking distance to sentrum and train station. 4 mins walk to light rail too. Room is comfortable but a little on the small side. Bed is soft. The location is super convenient, right next to the train station, and the service was good. However, the hotel is quite large, the elevators felt a bit chaotic, and it was hard to navigate.

This place is really great. There's a bus stop right outside, and it's located in the city center, close to the National Museum and City Hall. It's also convenient for taking the VIE airport express. Plus, it's very clean and tidy, and very safe. The decor is also very Scandinavian style. It's perfect for girls on solo trips. I quite liked the Scandinavian-style breakfast.

The hotel is close to the Royal Palace and not far where the airport train stops. So, it’s easy to reach anything in the city. The room is not bad, small bathroom. I stayed here on a business trip. We held a workshop in the hotel's conference room, and the accessibility to the room was excellent. I was satisfied. However, the exterior walls were currently undergoing renovations, so the view from the windows wasn't very impressive. The breakfast and gym were good.

The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access from the train station platform. The sauna and gym facilities offer direct views of Lake Voss, which is highly recommended. For breakfast, they even have fresh avocados!

Hotel is located at convenient location , but not really suitable for group tours as no alighting or pick up point , it’s quite a distance away , no proper signage too as front desk located at 2nd floor , if any group having senior with difficulty in walking , not recommended , but others should be ok

The hotel is close to the sea. When booking, I also emphasized that I should choose a hotel close to the sea. The environment is very good. It will be beautiful in summer. The breakfast is also rich. There is a gym next to it. It is good for running and walking around the sea.

The room was much too hot for my liking while sleeping. There is no thermostat that I could find. There was a busy road outside, so opening the window to cool off let in a lot of noise. Everything else was excellent and I liked the cheerful bright colored decor in the hallways.

Thon Hotel Bergen Airport Review Our room was nice, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was newer and nice. The breakfast was really good-lots of food and great variety. The coffee was not good. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Too bad there weren't at least two of each. Also there needs to be better instructions for the dryer posted on the wall. Nice hotel. Farther from the airport than expected however, and much farther from town center. A 40 min tram to town and 40 min return trip stopping 18 times was not pleasant to do 1-2 times per day! Delicious breakfast was included.

The hotel has a pool but you have to make a reservation. I my case I had a check in after normal working hours and it was not positive to get access to the pool area as it was already booked. I you rent out hotel rooms with access to a pool and fitness area it should be accessible for everyone.

The hotel staff's response was disappointing. They repeatedly insisted I hadn't paid, even though I had already. Nevertheless, I'm giving it a 4-star rating because of Trip.com's friendly service. Aside from that, the breakfast was delicious, and the view was nice.

Location was good. Our rooms were ready early. It was quite busy so the lift was constantly busy and packed with people and suitcases so be prepared to use the steps which were fine. Hotel staff helped book us a larger taxi for the airport. The room was spacious but there were elastics and other garbage left in the bathroom from previous guests when we arrived.

The Clarion is right on the water in a convenient location. We were able to take light rail & bus from close to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants & the fish market close by. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. I’d stay at The Admiral again!

Had a very nice pizza in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was great. Proximity to the Christmas Market was excellent. Staff were awesome. Our initial room was too light and noisy for us but the receptionist couldn’t have been more accommodating about moving us to a quieter room at the back of the hotel.

I got upgraded and the room was excellent. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is also great. People at the reception have been very welcoming and available, especially Mathilde. Highly recommended.

Not used to European Hotels but there were no tissues or a garbage can capable of holding anything above a few tissues. We did not want cleaning service so it was a bit of an issue for me. The location is excellent, right next to the viewing platform, the breakfast is as rich as ever, and there is a parking space under the hotel. The hotel in Alesund is not very friendly in terms of price.

While the lighting was acceptable, the bathroom had a number of issues. First, the adapter for the flower wine was broken. Second, the bathtub was yellowed. Third, the conditioner bottle was empty. Fourth, the towels were dirty. Breakfast was okay.
