Room was too warm, and room are a little tired and worn. Stayed forvrwo weeks and cleaning towel change etc was below par for the first week, but got better in the second week. Breakfast was decent, but it is off-putting that the multiple staff gathers in full view to eat breakfast alongside guests. Never experienced that in any hotel ever after four decades of globetrotting. Strange.

Overall the hotel was very nice, but the construction and getting in and out of the parking lot was challenging.

We will come back Quiet place, huge rooms, old standard, very nice breakfast, helpful reception, beautiful and Central arena.

Even though I checked in late, they welcomed me warmly. The breakfast was decent, and it's close to the altar rock. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option, I highly recommend this place.

The breakfast is very rich. P.S. It is a chain. The breakfast is the same. I ate it for three days. It is a 10-minute drive from the city center. The ferry route to Pulpit Rock is 55 minutes. The hotel is very new. Parking is free on weekends. It is very convenient. I will come again next time.

The service ability is very poor, repeated charges were made, I had already paid in advance, and charged again after leaving the store. I have applied for a week and still haven’t got it back.

Good location, the breakfast is the best in Norway, the price is reasonable. I was given an early check-in. The only regret is that I was given a barrier-free room. The brightest light is the toilet light.

The hotel is located in the city centre, just a few minutes’ walk from the bus and train stations. Most attractions are only about 10 minutes away on foot. The included breakfast offers a good variety of options to enjoy. We travelled as a family, so the room felt a bit small for us, but it wasn’t a problem since we only needed it for sleeping.

The best! Our suite was huge with a beautiful view. We loved the rooftop cocktail bar and the breakfast was the best of our entire trip. We stayed in fancier hotels but this one was my favorite.

First of all, my baby and I brought 3 pieces of luggage, and the receptionist didn't seem to want to help at all. When I checked out, I met a very good receptionist, who was very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location and has a high cost-effectiveness. This price is much more comfortable than living in Japan.

Pretty cool hotel on a great street. I stayed here with my family while visiting Oslo. We really liked the design/decor of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was great. It's located on a street with plenty of shopping and restuarant options. It only takes 15 minutes by tram to get to the downtown/waterfront area and the trams run continuously.

Hotel provides car parking unfortunately to residents. You have to pay daily fees (not even hourly) to park your car. The room was very elegant and spacious. I’d say the best value for money I had in hotels in Norway (I stayed in total in 5 hotels). I didn’t add breakfast option so I can’t evaluate it.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Oslo, good breakfasts (it’s a pity there is no freshly squeezed orange juice), the staff is very customer-oriented, at the reception they gave us a free room upgrade (we didn’t ask for it) after finding out that it was our first time in the country.

The staff were lovely. The check in process was poor. The restaurants in the hotel weren’t great. The ski room set up was good. The sauna being changed as part of the spa isn’t great, and the pool is incredibly crowded.

This was our third stay at the resort and the first booking not made on the Rad app. Bur everything worked perfectly well. As a Norwegian living abroad it is strange to stay at a big resort in Norway with no Norwegian staff and very few Norwegian guests, but we loved everything we experienced. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

The room is way much smaller than I expect unless you don't have many baggage. However, the room is clean and water flow comes from the faucet and hand shower are quite strong and warm. No complains! Great and friendly staff, amazing lobby with a lot of space to chill or work and quite central. The breakfast was very diverse (just very crowded on the weekend). I also had an amazing view from my room.

This hotel was comfortable - great bed and pillows It’s convenient and walkable and the staff were great! The only thing I didn’t like was the automatic bathroom light. Not so nice to have such a bright light in your face at 2am! Shocks you right awake!

Quick stay We really appreciated the hotel allowing us early check-in after an overnight flight. We left early next morning and ordered a bag breakfast - it was fresh and wonderful.

This hotel has two different wings, an old and a new building. The better rooms are located in the new building with good beds. The old building has the lobby and restaurant which is more convenient. Will stay here again if boarding a cruise is my priority.

The room was large and well-equipped. The bathroom was semi-enclosed and prone to overflowing, and room cleaning required a one-day advance reservation (there's a card in the room reminding you to do so). The hotel's location and surroundings are good, about a 15-minute walk from Central Station.

The hotel is in a great location, only 5 minutes' drive from the cruise ship terminal. There are Vietnamese, Japanese and local restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The supermarket is a little far away.
