The staff on reception were very helpful, professional and friendly. Overall our stay was very comfortable, relaxing, and would thoroughly recommend. The hotel was in an ideal location for us as it was close to the munch museum and the train station.

Hotel located close to the airport with shuttle bus stop right in front of the main entrance. Room is adequate for a night's rest when on transit to our early morning flight the next day. Everything was good. Employees were super friendly with welcome drinks. Bunk beds are always the same in Scandic for kids. Breakfast is always delicious in Scandic. Very practical and central location with easy access to trains, parks, and places to visit in Oslo. The room was beautifully decorated with a kitchenette. The breakfast is plentiful, and the hotel is located behind the Royal Palace in Oslo, close to the main street, making it convenient for city walking. From the airport, you can take the VY bus to the National Theatre stop, and then walk for ten minutes to reach the hotel.

Stayed here for a conference and the conference hall was just across the hotel. A short walk from the train station too. Breakfast was excellent. There was also a small gym. Overall a great stay.

Over was a good location, we were housed across the street and there was very heavy rain. Flooding made it difficult to cross without getting wet and dirty. Maybe take a look into way to fix drainage and mud problems.

About a 10 minute walk down to the tram station at the same place you can cross over a pedestrian bridge for the bus stop that has an approx. $29 US bus to the airport. No other restaurants close by. Very central at the main street of Oslo. Many of the tourist I guide like the location so it permits do a sightseen walking of 3 hours. Starting from the hotel, walking to Bjørvika, visiting the Oslo opera, Kok, Salt, Munch Muséum,eating in Vippa, visiting Akershus Festining, Rådhuset, University, Royal Palace and finishing the visit at National Museum(I arrange free passes) or Peace Prize Museum.

Nice, modern and clean hotel. Direct access to a good inexpensive bar/restaurant. Bedroom looked almost brand new, with a tiny, simple but lovely bathroom. I missed a modern smart TV and was quite upset every morning by some kind of a kart rolling in the corridor at 5AM. This is a bit too early to wake-up guests 😔

Rooms were quite standard, and was definitely more modern compared to the other Comfort Hotel chains we stayed in. Conveniently located right west of Oslo Station, which is convenient especially if you have a train for Bergen to catch the next day in the morning. Breakfast is standardwitha plenty seating.

Generally there hotel is perfect, super comfortable bed, the breakfast is amazing! staff on the highest level, the only two things I noticed: gym could be a bit better equipped and you cannot turn off totally air-conditioning in the room, as I am just not the fan of it, but - hotel is really great. The hotel was in the city center and really convinient. Unfortunately I changed my room twice because of some issues (Heater didn't work. Wifi is gone.) and it was a bit stressful but a reception staff tried to give me some alternatives very kindly. Maintainance of facilities can be better.

Staff were friendly, warm and helpful. The room was just right. I ended up staying two nights at a reduced rate. The restaurant staff were also lovely and the food and menu pricing was more than fair. Would stay again.

The hotel was nice, sustainable culture supportive, staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful, close to the city center. The room felt extra small for me that I could not believe it, however, warm and good enough for a 1 night crash, did not need to switch on the heater, temp was just right! One thing I really missed is the the English language option in TV, everything else was as expected.

The rooms are very clean and perfect for those who wish to stay close to the centre! I enjoyed my stay and would return in the future :)

Unfortunately there were a lot of conferences going on in the hotel. We had a room on the far side of the hotel where we had to navigate stairs and a long walk past the many meeting rooms and people at the meetings, also on the Saturday night there was a night conference/party with food and champagne and music which became noisy on the evening. We always stay here but next time this hotel will not...

The basic necessities were provided, but there was no refrigerator. The staff were very kind. Breakfast was delicious.

Myself and a group of HE students have returned home from a conference where we stayed in this hotel. The staff were really helpful and polite. Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. We arrived at the hotel when our cruise ship made a stop here. A 10 min walk from the berth. It was a large hotel with a conference hall. Our room was really nice and faced the sea. We did not try the breakfast as we left early for the train station in the morning - which was also within walking distance.

Hotel room is spacious for our family. Breakfast spread was superb and service was top notch. Only issue is the bad drainage in the bathroom. Easily clogged and flood the toilet.

Highly recommend this hotel. It's conveniently located right next to a supermarket, within walking distance of the city center, and close to all the major attractions. You can also enjoy beautiful sunsets from the hotel's rooftop. The breakfast is excellent and provides great value for money. While it offers underground parking, the fee is a bit steep.

Very impressive modern hotel, which o erloojs basic, essential needs. The parking is a big issue, as you are charged for 24 hrs, regardless! Very tiny windows in the room. Book this comfort hotel for proximity to central station yet far enough to be away from pedestrians. Near tram and bus stations as well that can bring you all over town. The breakfast spread was good, if I could wish for more.. it's gonna be the coffee though, as they only have brewed coffee which tastes a bit bland. Also, during our stay, one of the elevators was under renovation so we only had one small elevator that could get very busy during morning...

The room lighting is very uncomfortable as it is far too dim. The policy of cleaning the room only on the 4th day of stay is quite unusual and negatively affects sleep comfort. The bed is overly soft and feels closer to the quality of a rollaway bed. On a positive note, the hotel lobby is well designed and the location is fairly strategic. Had a decent stay at the hotel from 6 to 9 Dec. The hotel and the room looks new and is very comfortable. Room is pretty spacious. The pillows are a little too soft and there is no kettle, but there is water dispenser and coffee machine at the hotel lobby if you need hot water. To start with, I really appreciated the neat room and the hospitality of the employees. Everything about my stay was perfect but if I have to include a place for improvement, it’s the bluetooth connection with my phone. This was not possible. Except for this it was perfect.

The location is quite close to the city center, but the room is small, with a terrace but the hygiene situation is average, the previous hand cigarette butts are still on the terrace, not cleaned can only be said to be very average hotel
