However, our stay was unfortunately disrupted by a sudden electricity outage in the room. As a result, we had to move to another room with no view, which felt like a downgrade from what we originally booked. The process of unpacking and packing again, especially during a short trip, was quite inconvenient and unpleasant.
While we appreciate the staff’s effort to assist with the room change, the situation did affect our overall comfort and experience. It would be great if better contingency arrangements could be made in the future to minimise disruption for guests.
