Absolutely terrible service ..Given 4 minutes to pack all my belongings and leave the property due to a strike and then told to claim my money back for the remaining stay with insurance. Wasted so much of my stay having to find alternatives accomadation.why they could have not emailed the guests to inform them, concerning they knew the night before ..I will never use any radison hotel ever again

Great location on the harbour front. Easy walk in to town.

There were lipstick marks on the cups in the bathroom. The heating in the room was broken, so it was ice cold. The air conditioning was only blowing cold air. It was minus ten degrees Celsius outside, so it was freezing inside. There was no way to fix it right away. Later, the front desk brought a heater, which warmed things up, but it was incredibly noisy. I just put up with it for the night. It's so unfair that such expensive accommodation is in such a cold place.

The location is excellent, very close to the cruise ship terminal, making it very convenient to visit various attractions. The room is also quite spacious and equipped with a hairdryer, iron, etc., although the window is a little small.
