It was a really pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a vast variety of food. The room is spacious and clean. The reception was nice and everything went smoothly.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was alright. We were upgraded to a superior twin room. The view was nice, but the room was a bit too dim, would be better if there were more lights.

Very pleased with this hotel. Excellent value for money. Impressive reception, clean rooms and excellent selection for breakfast as well as very tasty food. We would definitely book this hotel again if we return to Bergen.

An excellent stay in bergen, very close to the town centre and about 30min from the airport via car. The room was spacious and well furnished.

There is no separate toilet. We booked a suite for three people. When we checked in in the afternoon, the sofa bed was not made. Bath towels and other utensils for the third person were not provided until we came back from dinner. Because it is a seaside city, the air is very good. I slept well at night. The breakfast is very rich, and the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. I ordered it!

Very nice service, but very busy when we were there. They try to arrange lots of activities which is nice. Be aware though, pool is small (more for relaxing than for swimming), and comes at a surcharge.

The room is clean and well decorated. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant has local characteristics. The taxi service is very good. The service for people who don't have time to eat breakfast needs to be improved.

I booked a local fjord tour and chose this hotel because it departed and arrived from the bus terminal close to it! The location was great, the room was spacious and the interior was lovely, so I was very satisfied!

I booked a suite, but on the first day of check-in, they told me they were all full and I could only stay in the smallest room. The next day, a man claiming to be the manager moved me back to the suite. I asked how the first day would be calculated. The difference in room rates alone was over 2,000 RMB. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the train station and light rail station for the airport. The breakfast is good. We came back after away for the 3-day Norway in a Nutshell tour. We left our suitcases in the hotel storage room while we were away and travelled relatively hand-free.

A relatively economic and convenient choice if you need a place near the hotel to catch an early flight. Clean room and literally 5 mins walk to the terminal. Ideal location and good value for money if you're continuing your journey by bus the next day. The outdoor terrace is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and there's something for everyone. Actually, the hotel's hardware facilities are quite good, and it's not far from the airport by foot, about 7 or 8 minutes. It's just that the management is not in place. Only the shampoo in the three bottles in the shower room can be used, and the rest are not refilled.

The room is compact, but although it is small, it is well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. You can even buy lunch boxes to pack your food, which is a great deal. A taxi from the airport costs 350 kronor, for reference. Highly recommended to friends who are in transit.

This hotel is not good, and it is not good for business. It feels like staying in a guest house. Apart from the good location, it is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Bergen. The bathroom is also bad, so it is not good anyway.

The location of the hotel is very good, but the first room I was given had problems, the lights on the wall were broken; the second room I was given was OK. The flight the next morning was very early, and they packed a breakfast for me, which was good.

It's probably the only place in town where you don't have to spend a ridiculous high price for having a private room and bathroom. The staff is very nice and the position is great. It would be lovely to have a water boiler in the room!

I usually stay here when I don't want breakfast and basically just need a place to sleep. It's close to everything and there's a convenience store across the street, pubs and restaurants nearby. The rooms are Clean , modern and nice, the price is low and it's easy for parking with Grieg Hall just across the street for 240/night .

This was a good first stop on our trip. Easy sign in and access from the train station was 10 minutes away. Rooms were clean, quiet and ours was large. Some music from the pizzaria in the adjacent courtyard on a warm night but ended at 11 pm. Kitchen facilities worked well and the lounge was clean and convenient. The room rate was spot on. Would book again.
