Hotel room does not come with bath tub even though requested during booking. Quite disappointed on this. The rest was ok.

Absolutely terrible service ..Given 4 minutes to pack all my belongings and leave the property due to a strike and then told to claim my money back for the remaining stay with insurance. There were lipstick marks on the cups in the bathroom. The heating in the room was broken, so it was ice cold. The air conditioning was only blowing cold air. The location is excellent, very close to the cruise ship terminal, making it very convenient to visit various attractions. The room is also quite spacious and equipped with a hairdryer, iron, etc., although the window is a little small.

Good, very close to the airport

The room is compact, but although it is small, it is well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. You can even buy lunch boxes to pack your food, which is a great deal. A taxi from the airport costs 350 kronor, for reference. Highly recommended to friends who are in transit.

This hotel is not good, and it is not good for business. It feels like staying in a guest house. Apart from the good location, it is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Bergen. The bathroom is also bad, so it is not good anyway.

Good hotel with restaurant downstairs

The hotel is conveniently located a 15 minute walk from the airport. The room was large and modern, with all basic amenities. There is a restaurant and a snack shop in the lobby. Perfect place to stay before an early flight!

Loved the hotel and location. The hotel restaurant's food was very good. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. Staff were exceptional. The room was very nice and the view was absolutely stunning. There was a supermarket right in the same parking lot which was very very convenient. Location is good between the fjiord and breakfast spread by the hotel was good. The down side was the turn down service and amenities provided. No housekeeping available even if I stayed only for 2 days and no other amenities provided. Good sea view from the resturant.

The Clarion is right on the water in a convenient location. We were able to take light rail & bus from close to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants & the fish market close by. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. I’d stay at The Admiral again!

It's right next to the airport, very convenient, and the breakfast is good. We booked a family room with one double bed and one sofa bed. The room wasn't small, and transportation to the city center was convenient. Overall, we were satisfied.

Very cute hotel! Rooms were spacious and very relaxing. I liked that there were plenty of places to sit in the lobby. Breakfast starts at 8:00 on weekends. This is too late for those going for fjord sightseeing. I was very disappointed because I had to leave before 8:00. But I appreciate that they made breakfast bags for me.

However, I'm very angry that the glass door of the balcony can't be locked inside. I couldn't sleep well at night. We talked to the lady at the front desk, but she didn't solve this problem well. The location is excellent, right next to the airport bus station, and convenient for taking the light rail and transferring to buses. It's a 7-8 minute walk to the entrance to Mount Fløyen. It's a well-established hotel with a lot of character, and the rooftop terrace offers outstanding views. The food is average; breakfast and dinner are just so-so, but perhaps that's typical in Norway.

We stayed here for two days, rooms were clean and very nice. The location of the hotel is perfect. Shopping and a lot of restaurants nearby, as is the harbour and public transport. Also, very good selection for breakfast. I would definitely go there again and, dogs are welcome!

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Bergen. Location is great and it was nice to have a balcony to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was great and it is very efficient to provide different time slots for breakfast in order to manage the crowds. The downside was the standard of our room, as it was quite outdated and would need some maintenance.

the rooms were adequate, not big. the beds were fine. I couldn't figure out how to use th airconditioning, but that was i. they ask you to pick a breakfast time, but you should ignore that. the one time we ate late, they were out of pastreis (which were very good.)

Good location but the room is very meh and service is kinda bad. Sliding doors with large gaps to the bathroom is odd and provide very little privacy. The hotel "reception" is the bar so you have to wait until they finish taking everyone's food and drink orders and some chatting before they would consider checking you in. The Det Hanseatiske was a very nice hotel. The room was like a cozy cabin. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location makes for easy walking to all the local areas. I won't fault the hotel but please beware on Saturday night the music from the club next door can be very loud into the late hours of the night.
