Conveniently located at the old town.5 to 10mins walk to nearest bus stand with airport bus pick up.nice breakfast.love the heated floor of the toilet.value for money.

There’s no toothbrush and toothpaste, recommend to bring your won amenities. The hotel is a bit old but location is very good with supermarket and restaurants. Only 1 minute walk to the harbour

Our stay was excellent. The hotel’s location is very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The bed was comfortable, which allowed us to rest very well after each day.

The breakfast was truly exquisite, with a great variety of high-quality products.

The location is convenient, close to the train and bus stations, making it easy to get around! The front desk staff were also very friendly and polite, always smiling! The rooms were spacious and very clean!

I booked a local fjord tour and chose this hotel because it departed and arrived from the bus terminal close to it!
The location was great, the room was spacious and the interior was lovely, so I was very satisfied!

The room was large and quite new. The breakfast was good.

I booked a suite, but on the first day of check-in, they told me they were all full and I could only stay in the smallest room. The next day, a man claiming to be the manager moved me back to the suite. I asked how the first day would be calculated. The difference in room rates alone was over 2,000 RMB. In the end, they only refunded me 2,000 NOK, which is about 1,400 RMB. Luckily, Ctrip compensated me in the end.

The facilities are old and the service is very poor. The room type assigned is different from the one booked. The location is OK, in the city center, but the windows are very poorly soundproofed and the traffic noise on the street is too loud.
