Unfortunately, upon our arrival on the 31 evening at 7:00 PM, we found the hotel was closed due to the holidays.
I was never notified of the closure and I received confirmation emails and had already made the payment three days prior.
We were relocated to another partner hotel: Prix Radisson, Solheimsviken Bergen.
This hotel was quite far from the city center, which resulted in unexpected expenses.
We also met two other groups of people in our situation, which proves we weren't alone.
I also would like to add : Some receptionists should change careers because they're really not suited to customer service.
I've never seen such rude and impolite employees.
I don’t recommend this hotel at all, very bad communication and service
We booked and stayed at Hotel Terminus instead. Highly recommend that place! :)
Helpful and kind personnel. On the last day I had to leave early - before breakfast - and they packed a to go breakfast for me. Without me requesting anything!
