The room number turned out to be the last four digits of my Chinese mobile phone number! The Grand Hyatt exceeded my expectations by a lot; it was absolutely gorgeous at night. The hotel is located on the beachfront, right next to the sea, but swimming is impossible due to the waves and the red flag! It's impossible to book a room for 1 person with breakfast included (only for 2 people at a time). Breakfast is good, but you can't eat on the terrace because a flock of crows swoops down and all the chairs are dirty. Why doesn't the restaurant put up bird nets like other hotels...

Friendly staff the only bad thing I can mention got nothing to do with the hotel but is the taxi drivers who wait outside in front of the street at the hotel. If you use the otaxi app they will respond and tell you you have to pay double price. You better of renting a car or book a taxi with the otaxi app from a location nearby.

The main restaurant in the hotel works very well, All staff from waiters to cooks. The Russian-speaking girl at the reception, Anna, is trying very hard. All other services are not trained to work in a 5 star hotel. They are confused about where to bring what, in which room the cake should be. The hotel is half empty, and the reception staff are asking for money for late check-out.

The hotel has a private beach and the staff are enthusiastic. However, the cleanliness was a bit lacking. The electric kettle in the room was full of limescale, and even after telling them to replace it, no one did. The toilet also broke.
