This was my first visit to Sheraton Oman Hotel.. I had such a nice time with my mom and the girls.. Although it was a quick visit for afternoon tea, the atmosphere was so serene and the staff was so friendly.. Special thanks to Mr. Chamat for his special help and friendly gesture. Enjoyed the afternoon tea and the restaurant. I have a collection of photos that evokes good feelings about the Sheraton Hotel. Would love to come again for a special Omani holiday with my friends.. ♥️

I love the staff, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. Worried about the pandemic? Take care. The breakfast is excellent! I love the indoor pool with jacuzzi! A truly wonderful stay! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Sheraton!

Room looks a bit tiring and the carpet doesn't smell good. But I think at the end they make up with the service provided by the staff. From the bell man to the receptionist to the chef and server in the buffet restaurant, 5 stars hospitality service provided.

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton!From the moment we arrived, Janat and the other staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and great restaurants. My kids especially loved the breakfast buffet😁

Overall, I highly recommend Sheraton to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!
