We also liked the food—a very good mix of European and East Asian cuisine. You can try Indian, Israeli, Arabic dishes, and sweets. Special thanks for keeping the rooms clean, especially to nice guys Eyakub and Shain

We were very satisfied! The staff are kind and always smiling, even though they work very hard. The buses to the beach arrive within a few minutes and are very punctual

Even the several-kilometre distance to the hotel’s beach is not a problem, because a hotel shuttle bus takes guests there every hour in comfortable conditions, and on the beach the hotel provides good meals

Thanks to him, our room was always pleasantly fragrant and clean, to the point that staying in it was a real pleasure for us. Rayhan never looked for tips; he did everything selflessly, conscientiously doing his job

This mean that you don”t have to return to the hotel from the beach for lunch. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the incredibly kind and hardworking staff at every level

We will especially remember Rayhan — a hardworking, always kind and smiling young man from Bangladesh. He cleaned the rooms on our floor, and we stayed in room number 1201

The shops and restaurants just down the way are best accessed by foot out the back past the pool

The restaurant staff's service was absolutely excellent.

However, service is mechanical and inattentive - particularly the concierge and reception who tried to be helpful and friendly but actually not genuinely addressing your issues with real solutions

From the beginning I was greeted by Daniela who recommended the best places for me to visit and ensured I had everything during my stay. The pool is amazing with so much space and again the service was incredible

The best and most amazing W hotel I have ever stayed. Everything from the design, layout, and service is definitely 5 star. Right next to the beach with long stretching shallow water and super soft sand

We really enjoyed staying at the Radisson Hormuz. Building is modern and spacious with excellent facilities. Our room was large, clean and tidy with a lovely bathroom which including a large shower and bath

The hotel was round the corner from the airport, very nice we had dinner in the evening and the food was excellent. Great service .The room was very big but didn't have the warmth, may be a rug would do the trick

Perfect location with private beach and 2 swimming pools, good Services staff so friendly good gym and sauna, steam room facilities. First time in Muscat but not last, will definitely will come back, highly recommend.

Room is clean and comfortable enough - nothing bad but nothing special. Amenities are amazing though - really nice pools and it’s a big plus that there’s a private beach. Food selection is also good.

But it’s truly the people like Gowtham, Bhavesh and Kunal and other staff who make Crowne Plaza Muscat such a memorable place to stay. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back! Thank you

We had a wonderful event today at Crown Plaza hotel. We enjoyed the afternoon tea, good DJ , staff are friendly. I would like to thank Mrs Nikita she gave us good service and best organized for my daughter birthday

The Crown Plaza has been wonderful to stay at for all 48 hours with 18 hours of travel either side. Great hotel, great service, great people

I spent 7 years in Oman between 2000 and 2007. I loved the people and the country then and I love the people and the country today

Comfortable mattress and pillows. Delicious food (we tried hamoor and grilled meat). Wonderful room service (generous, regular and fast). Empathetic service provided by the front desk (particularly Mr Bassil)

The place was clean and whatever the extra amenities you need, they provide that. Staffs were friendly. Room was spacious. No complaints, no disappointments. In fact, I was very satisfied with the stay

Generally good stay over, however just a few small things. All the staff were lovely, the king size bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spaciously sized

I was on a business trip and booked a one-living room and two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and balcony, which was pretty good, but there was only one bathroom

The hotel is integrated with a shopping mall, which is the second largest shopping mall in Salalah. There is a good restaurant with Arabic and Indian food

Hotel is in a good location about 5/7 minutes from the airport. It’s a resort, on the 1st floor of Gardens Mall Salalah

Good location, reception staff were less than enthusiastic to assist with queries, the staff in the restaurant were fabulous.

There are more European and American tourists staying here, but the breakfast is more localized and average, but fortunately there is Indian milk tea to make up for it

I will certainly stay again if I return

if you want a beach resort its a good choice in Salalah

Breakfast is good, but you can't eat on the terrace because a flock of crows swoops down and all the chairs are dirty. Why doesn't the restaurant put up bird nets like other hotels? There's always a line for omelettes

If you use the otaxi app they will respond and tell you you have to pay double price. You better of renting a car or book a taxi with the otaxi app from a location nearby

Friendly staff the only bad thing I can mention got nothing to do with the hotel but is the taxi drivers who wait outside in front of the street at the hotel

The rooms are a bit small for this class of hotel and so is the bathroom! The service and staff are top. The location is perfect and the beach too

Excellent hotel! We absolutely loved the breakfasts 🔥 We arrived late at night, but check-in was smooth, and any issues that came up were resolved instantly

After a week-long cruise in Singapore, we were flying from Emirates to Oman Air to Muscat. Our original flight was canceled, leading to a 5-hour layover at Dubai airport, which left us extremely tired

Just a minute before landing, our plane was instructed by air traffic control to circle around due to other flights, causing a half-hour delay. Fortunately, the meet-and-greet service booked via Trip

The manager personally escorted us from Tower 2 to Tower 4, showed us where to exchange currency in the underground mall, and even took us to our room to explain how to use the appliances

The hotel environment is quite good, and it's not far from the surrounding attractions. The dining area has a unique charm. The facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't affect the overall stay experience.

Room looks a bit tiring and the carpet doesn't smell good. But I think at the end they make up with the service provided by the staff

A good hotel, not crowded due to the high prices. Rooms with balconies are large. A very good bed with mattress, excellent pillows, and linens. The general manager's greeting on the TV was a nice touch

There are many pleasant touches: cold, damp towels are handed out to guests on the beach loungers, fruit is on the shelf, and glasses are cleaned. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent

Very nice hotel. Clean, and the breakfast was good. There's also a separate building with a women's pool. There are several traditional restaurants nearby. The food there was very tasty.

There is a spa and a restaurant. There is a golf cart for pick-up. The service is good and the room is OK. It is just in time for the tourist season

Magnificent 5 star hotel decorated with great taste having three superb infinity pools, 4 restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world, a private beach curiously very little frequented, a sumptuous garden and very beautiful large rooms with beautiful bathrooms and all modern comforts

The Beach Restaurant is serving very delicious food. You can hear the sound of the waves too.... Service was great. The beach has some pebbles, make sure you wear your slippers.

The architecture was stunning, the three different pools left us breathtaking and breakfast was outstanding as well. We would definitely return and can 100% recommend to stay here, relax and unwind :)

The Chedi brand never fails to disappoint. And the Muscat experience does it so much justice. The usual “black pool” (2 of them actually), a gym like really really no other

We had a fantastic stay on all parts.the only thing O can think of was that the chicken teriyaki we got on the Asias restaurant was cold.
