I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was blown away by their exceptional hospitality and top-notch service. From the moment I stepped in, Omar and the staff made me feel like a valued guest

This is a great hotel, primarily because of its convenient location. It's super close to all the major shopping malls, within walking distance, which is a huge plus

I truly believe this is hands down the best hotel in Muscat. The service is flawless, the facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast is excellent. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is quite slow

I stayed at the resort in November 2025 and had an amazing experience. I booked with Fanar Hotel & Residences originally but apparently there was some issue with my room. I’ve been offered a room at the Rotana instead

There are sun loungers, and we also received towels. Hot food is served there as well, and cold soft drinks are available all day long

The room cleaning, done by Mannan was very very good. He prepared me nice surprize for my birthday. We had clean towels every day. The whole resport is very nice

In conclusion, what we will remember most from this hotel — and the reason we will recommend Millennium Resort Salalah to many friends — is its high-class staff (mainly from Bangladesh, India, and other countries), of whom Rayhan is a true symbol

Thanks to him, our room was always pleasantly fragrant and clean, to the point that staying in it was a real pleasure for us. Rayhan never looked for tips; he did everything selflessly, conscientiously doing his job

Even the several-kilometre distance to the hotel’s beach is not a problem, because a hotel shuttle bus takes guests there every hour in comfortable conditions, and on the beach the hotel provides good meals

This mean that you don”t have to return to the hotel from the beach for lunch. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the incredibly kind and hardworking staff at every level

Swimming pool is nice but it is messy with slow turnover of towels and cushions are missing. Ba Ban restaurant is really bad for Chinese food…

From the beginning I was greeted by Daniela who recommended the best places for me to visit and ensured I had everything during my stay. The pool is amazing with so much space and again the service was incredible

The W Hotel Muscat exceeded all expectations. From the elegant decor and stunning sea views to the impeccable service, every detail was perfect. The room was luxurious, the dining exquisite, and the spa a true sanctuary

There is so much to do at this hotel from the bars and the roofop bar/restaurant which offers soo many different options of things to do. I would recommend this 100% and I will be staying here the next time I visit!

The room number turned out to be the last four digits of my Chinese mobile phone number! The Grand Hyatt exceeded my expectations by a lot; it was absolutely gorgeous at night

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat during our road trip from Riyadh through Dubai and finally into Muscat, and it turned out to be the perfect stop to unwind and explore the city

Abdullah served us in the breakfast area, and his service was excellent. He always had a warm smile on his face and spoke very politely, which made the morning even more pleasant

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, but a renovation would be necessary to bring this magnificent palace up to modern standards

The suite wasn't as old as I imagined, and Parth, the guy in the lounge, was incredibly nice; my wine glass was never empty

For example, the beds feel outdated, and there is virtually no digitalisation, which is essential nowadays

The pool area is great, with different depths (1. 3 m), plus a dedicated kids’ pool around 30 cm, which makes it ideal for families as well. One of the highlights is the direct access to Qurm Beach, which is a big plus

The hotel and the staff was so generous and helpful Spacial Mr albuloshi on the reception he was so kind and helpful and he's so nice person. And the food was so delicious and tasty. Thanks to the all staff.

Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel has a very nice, welcoming scent throughout the lobby and common areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathroom was spotless

The lobby is spacious; I saw many people sitting there chatting and even holding meetings, which seemed quite pleasant. They also have a spa, which is a rare find, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it

The hotel's breakfast was outstanding. They had Western options and a wide variety of Indian dishes. While not all of it was delicious, it was definitely an interesting experience

A very relaxing place to unwind. The hotel is very close to the airport, but it does mean you are not close to the main city centre. However, a 15 minute taxi ride and you can access most of Muscats sights

We stayed over the Christmas period and booked the Christmas brunch- it was outstanding! I would definitely recommend having this if you stay over for Christmas

Best sunset in town, amazing sunset at the pool and sky bar. Breakfast is good and good private beach. Food is surpsingly good, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful event today at Crown Plaza hotel. We enjoyed the afternoon tea, good DJ , staff are friendly. I would like to thank Mrs Nikita she gave us good service and best organized for my daughter birthday

Comfortable mattress and pillows. Delicious food (we tried hamoor and grilled meat). Wonderful room service (generous, regular and fast). Empathetic service provided by the front desk (particularly Mr Bassil)

I was on a business trip and booked a one-living room and two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and balcony, which was pretty good, but there was only one bathroom

The hotel is integrated with a shopping mall, which is the second largest shopping mall in Salalah. There is a good restaurant with Arabic and Indian food

Its nice and tidy. Rooms are clean. You can feel you are in oasis in desert. There are a lot of plants. One of them is jasmine.. it was smelling in the morning. Take the rest..

As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access)

Beautiful, well-kept grounds, delicious and hearty breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. Morning coffee with the sunrise is delightful.

Beach was closed for the whole stay due to high surf. Not a problem for us with small children the pool was preferred. A great resort for staying with young children

The rooms are modern and comfortable. After trying the top five hotels in Muscat, I chose to spend over 6 weeks in the Sheraton because of the all-round exemplary experience. Highly recommend to other business travelers

There are many pleasant touches: cold, damp towels are handed out to guests on the beach loungers, fruit is on the shelf, and glasses are cleaned. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent

A good hotel, not crowded due to the high prices. Rooms with balconies are large. A very good bed with mattress, excellent pillows, and linens. The general manager's greeting on the TV was a nice touch

Dislikes: They smoke everywhere, on the sun loungers by the pool and on the beach all day long, while we're actually going on vacation for fresh air

I also didn't like that in the restaurant, they bring large plates of mangosteen fruit to VIPs and help them put them in their bags, while other guests can't even try them; they're not publicly available

We stayed in this hotel for four nights and were very satisfied. The service, hygiene and environment were all very good, and the transportation was also very convenient.
