The hotel is clean, modern, and well designed. The bed was large and comfortable, hot water and heating were strong, and soundproofing was very good. Full amenities provided, including slippers, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, and toothpaste, truly a “just bring your suitcase and move in” experience.
My room faced the back courtyard, so there was no view. The swimming pool water was quite cold, and the single jacuzzi was often overcrowded. However, for a hotel of this category in the Old Town, there are very few alternatives that even have a pool.
I stayed during the peak end-of-year season, so the price was high, but overall I was satisfied with the value. If I return to Krakow, I would definitely book this hotel again.
Hotel itself is well maintained, looks nice, clean, white, echoes.
Was held back by inconsistent service by the staff towards us vs other guests, they didn't offer to help with bags, room had a disappointing view, and way up in the roof, thought £186 a night warranted a good room, apparently not here, but can't be helped.
I was woken up nightly by LOUD clanging from what appeared to be pipes or the radiator? Room always seemed cold, despite pushing up the thermostat. No channel options for English speakers, shame.
Got inconsistent reception at breakfast, the ladies working in the breakfast room asked about if we needed anything, and gave menus, the gentleman would just ask for our room number and then let us seat ourselves with no menus, happened so often we thought he just didn't like us, so that was odd.
Pool is freezing cold. Hotels need to figure out people don't want to swim in ice water.
Would look elsewhere for accommodation when we return to Krakow, just underwhelming considering the star rating and the expense of staying here.
Parking - a little tricky but staff was very helpful.
Breakfast - no words needed, large selection, great taste ❤️
Staff - fresh, young collective. Everyone was really kind.
