My wife booked a surprise getaway for my birthday. Arriving in Krakow, we were transferred to our hotel and we were not disappointed. The welcome we got was amazing and the rooms are 5 star. Breakfast caters for all which includes hot and cold selections. If there is anything you need during your stay, then please ask. We had an early start that meant we were missing breakfast. They booked us a taxi to take us to the activity pick up point and made us a pack meal for the day which was amazing. The rooms are very clean and modern and rooms are cleaned and made up daily. Location of hotel is situated about 2kms from the old town which is easy walking distance. Location is very quiet inside and out of the hotel and the price for rooms are really cheap for the quality of rooms and service. If you ever visit Krakow as couples or small groups, then I definitely recommend you book to stay here.

Beautiful rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, nice bathroom with toiletries supplied.
Better than we'd hoped for, my only complaint is that the hotel plays music in the corridors at really anti-social hours.... it's quite loud but it hasn't spoiled our impression overall, just our sleep!...

Beautiful hotel set just 10 minutes from the centre of all areas. Deco is Beautiful, beds are super comfortable and the breakfast is super filling for a busy day.

Hotel was beautiful, my friends baths lights didn’t work and got a completely bottle of Prosecco, very helpful staff. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Room was amazing, do wish we went for the bigger one to try and jacuzzi in the room but will do that next time.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff are amazing. We booked through booking.com. We asked the hotel via the booking.com app to find and book us a salt mine tour and Auschwitz tour. They not only did this at short notice but found us a great tour with transfer at a great price!
Nothing was too hard for the hotel staff. That did a great job and would not only recommend this hotel but would stay there again.

Receptionist Patricia was fantastic. Any questions I had, she was so helpful. Rooms were spacious, and the shower room was magnificent. Stayed there 7 nights, and I will be back. 10 out of 10 👍🇵🇱

So glad we chose this hotel for our week in Kraków. The staff are friendly and really helpful. The facilities are tremendous. The breakfasts are brilliant. Before we arrived, we’d looked at the location on Street View, which doesn’t do it any favours at all. Don’t be put off by this – the walk into the main town takes around ten minutes, and is along an easy footpath, and over a lovely bridge. It’s also a nice walk back at night, to work off a huge dinner! Highly recommended.

Stunning room with black and gold - very modern and classy. Also right by the Tram stop which makes it easy to get in/out of Old Town. Lovely staff too, and everyone is so friendly - we were also lucky enough to have our room ready at 11am in the morning after we arrived! So even better!!!

Literally could not fault this hotel at all! We had the best time it’s a perfect location, the tram is about a 3 minute walk which takes you straight into the centre… about a 15 minute journey. There was a supermarket across the road, the room were soooo nice and luxurious! Staff were great. I’d definitely stay here again.
