One of the best hotels.
The staff are super nice, the design and facilities are amazing.
30 mins walk from the hotel into the main town.
Beds are very comfortable.
Also if you want to buy gifts/souvenirs they got a good selection at the hotel and the prices are even cheaper then most places in town.
Hotel Galaxy in Kraków is truly exceptional! The rooms are of the highest standard, and the staff is absolutely top of the top – so professional and welcoming. I loved all the thoughtful details: a welcome gift of wine, cozy bathrobes, and everything beautifully prepared to perfection. The view from the room was simply stunning.
Coming from the U.S., I was genuinely impressed – it felt like a “wow...
Very nice hotel with comfy beds. The restaurant serve a nice menu.
Breakfast is plentiful but no traditional English breakfast.
Location is a bit iffy, I thought it was central but its a good half hour walk.
Good, professionally managed hotel!
Large hotel with free access to the sauna and swimming area. Massages are available for an extra charge. The restaurant stays open until late in the evening.
Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, and public transport connections are rather limited. There was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom upon arrival, but it was taken care of immediately...
Very noisy room due to being next to the elevators and hard to sleep with the noises from that all night. They would benefit from more soundproofing. The room itself was nice and the facilities were great. Good location too.
The staff is helpful and friendly. Very attentive. The spa was amazing! The pool area was beautiful, but some tiles were missing. The room was nice, but basic. Some dusting is needed. We wanted a movie night, but it was not possible to watch anything in English or cast from our phones (no smart TV).
The common areas were OK. Colourful, but neither cosy or hip atmosphere. Cramped. Beautiful Christmas...

Elegant and modern building, with great customer service. One thing to note about this hotel is that the temperature controller in your room is dependent on the hotel. One day it is (manually) set for cooling - meaning there is not going to be an option to heat your room. The other day it is set for heating - meaning there would be no way to cool your room. This meant that it would be very cold during...
Great place to stay and enjoy the comfort of services. We had a great experience at the hotel during the indian (Gujarati) event! The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, a spacious conference area, and ample parking makes it an ideal venue for future events.
I been here twice. Every time my experience was wonderful. Very nice staff and clean place. We celebrated Indian festival there. Check my channel GeetVlogs for more information about the ambience of the hotel.
We had a great experience at the hotel during the indian (Gujarati) event! The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, a spacious conference area, and ample parking makes it an ideal venue for future events. It seems like a great choice for hosting any kind of event, whether it’s a cultural celebration, corporate function, or family gathering.
Hospitality at the highest level. The staff speaks English at a high level. Luxurious rooms, the shower is amazing, the bed is soft and comfortable. There is parking (paid, but not expensive and reliable, constant surveillance). You can always contact the staff if you have questions, the only question we had was the window. To open it, you need to sign a document about your safety (nothing complicated...
This big and modern hotel is easily accessible from the highway and it has a wide parking (for extra cost).
It is a good solution if you want to sleep in the outskirts of Krakow: reception always open, large and elegant room with comfortable beds, very low price for a four stars hotel.
It is far from the centre and there aren’t coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We had the dinner at the hotel: tasty...

It was located in the center of Krakow, so it was easily accessible, and I was satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and service.
This hotel was recommended by the agent before the business trip. It is not far from Krakow Airport, has a good surrounding environment, a large room with a sofa, and a wide variety of breakfasts, which are delicious.
It was a good hotel and at a very good location. I stayed one night less than I booked and paid for, but the reception told me that they could not refund one night. I think they could have considered as to get a repeat customer
Very much looking forward to coming again
I do not speak Polish, so I am leaving this in English. As a Travel Advisor, I am always looking for the hotel that will provide my clients the best service possible and help them to feel at home away from home.

The hotel is very good, the breakfast is amazing.
I like the location because it's quiet and not crowded.
I recently stayed at the Mercure Krakow and I have to give it a full score! Whether it is the location, service or facilities, it is far beyond expectations and fully worthy of the quality of the Mercure brand.

It’s close to tram station and looks very few, everything keep well
Comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Variety of breakfast. Multi choices of restaurants at hotel. Walkable to the tram station. Grocery store nearby hotel too.
Bed mattress is definitely the best I have experienced so far. Slept very well. Buffet breakfast had a huge selection which I really enjoyed. Swimming pool was also well kept and clean. Vodka museum was also amazing. Overall, one of the best 4 star hoteIs I have ever stayed. The only minor thing which I noticed is that 2 complimentary bottles of water were on the table, but I could not find bottle...
Hotel is lovely, in a quiet area away from hussel of city centre with different restaurants located within it. If you want to book trips, you have to find the ones willing to come and collect you and bring you back if required but it's doable. It's a nice 40 minute walk to city centre but there are trams you can catch but we preferred to walk to see as much of the different parts of the city as possible

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Kraków Old Town. The location is super convenient just a few minutes from the main train station and within walking distance to the Old Town, so it was easy to get everywhere.
The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated how quiet it was. Breakfast was very good, with lots of fresh options...
Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto is well located in the city, just opposite the mall, good connected with train station, coach terminal and tram. It is just 10 min to the old town. The stay in Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto was nice with big room. Front Service is great with good check in / check out experience. Didn't dine in the hotel, however, the restaurant environment is great and comfortable
Very nice hotel in the old town. Friendly staff, nice lobby, and nice rooms. The check in and check out process were super simple. The rooms were also very nicely designed. They have a tasty restaurant in the lobby and the breakfast was great. It’s located almost directly across from the railway station. So if you’re traveling by train, it’s very convenient.
Beautifully and smartly decorated. Very friendly staff, especially our waiter Dior and his manager. They made our stay extra special. As an English-speaking tourist, their fluent English and friendly greetings were much appreciated. Food and wine was top notch. Terrific location, walking distance to so many sights. Krakow is wonderful and a stay here will add to the experience.
I loved my stay here! Fantastic bed and superior service.
Kings the waitress was thoughtful and pleasant- all the front desk staff I spoke with were just happy as well.

Nice hotel.
A bit small pool would wish it was an outdoor pool.
Gets very crowded at breakfast, hard to find a table. Staff should controll if there is empty tables and let groups in 1 by 1 to be seated.
For £30 per person per night, this is extremely cheap!
The 4-star Premier Kraków Hotel features a swimming pool and a sauna that guests have free access to.
It is located within a 10-minute drive of the Kraków Old Town, which is also accessible directly via public transport. Situated in the northern part of the city, it also 10 km from Kraków Balice Airport. All rooms at the Premier Kraków are soundproofed...
As an US resident exited to travel around, this place provides a lovely place to rest after a long day of exploring in the city. The pool is utterly lovely and is an enjoyable place to exercise or have some fun. The aesthetic of the place is more upscale. The buffet breakfast has a large variety of options and tons of seating. The rooms are fairly large, or at least my room on floor 4. This hotel is...
I recently stayed at here for 2 nights and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel’s wifi was extremely slow, making it challenging to work or stay connected, I suspect that this may have been exacerbated by my room’s location, as it seemed to be positioned quite far from the wifi router.
Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered limited choices, which was disappointing...
The location is very convenient for short stays, there is a mall if needed. 20 min to the Krakow center. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, my room was relatively clean, but no shampoo or body lotion in the shower. I only had one night, very affordable. Carpark should he free in my opinion.
The hotel has a very nice and friendly service but the good story ends here. Definitely has its best days in the past. Rooms should be upgraded: shower curtain was missing so the water was all over the place, AC was barely working (windows in room 115 and 116 are fixed), beds are uncomfortable and pillows looked like they were in use for at least 25 years :) And I could keep counting. This hotel definitely earned its 5 star rating. The staff are so well trained and pleasant and made the trip even more enjoyable.
Room was impeccable and maintained just as I expected. If I ever return to Cracow I will definitely book a few nights here.
First, the staff was fabulous. Excellent English, and jumping from behind the counter to be helpful (more that once!). Room view meh, but it was well appointed, temp control was easy. There is a little bar with the restaurant but they will be happy to bring a drink down to a very plush lounge downstairs. Really close to great food, and the museum next door is pretty good. The hotel is on excellent location, rooms are even better than what you see on the pictures. A very good breakfast with some items changed each day Oscar Mathias and the rest of the staff were very service oriented and helpful
Located in Krakow old town. Plenty of food & drink options. Located within reasonable walking distance from the train station, Krakow Glowny, for transportation to and from the airport. Convenient location for tour pick up/drop off and is a ~30 minute walk to the Schindler factory
This is truly a gem. The decor. Feels like I'm a guest of the original Prince himself. The museum is just next. The team were everso helpful. I got a sneak peak at the Prince's room too. Wow!!

Very good hotel, nice and clean, although the bed sheets did have some black stains on them. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of options.
Our stay at the Hilton was generally pleasant. The staff was courteous and professional, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. However, the location left much to be desired. There were virtually no dining options within a 1 km walking distance, which was incredibly inconvenient. While a nearby bus stop provided some relief, the area itself lacked accessibility for those hoping to explore...
Opposite the ferris wheel, on the ring road, I was happy with the location. Buses within easy reach, a 20 minute walk to the Jewish Quarter or to restaurants. Typical Hilton Garden Inn - decent rooms well appointed, good breakfast, friendly staff, what's not to like? Baggage storage available if your flight is later in the day. I'd happily return.
Amazing! Location is great for walking to old town, etc. The service is remarkably outstanding, particularly to any Hilton Honors Diamond members. I want to give a special shout out to Natalie who went out of her way to make my stay special. In addition, Oliwia was awesome! This is the place to stay in Krakow!
The room is clean, there is a self-service laundry, and parking is free. It is far from the old town, so you need to take a taxi to get there. The service is not very good, cold, and the shower gel is gone and they don't refill it. I negotiated on the phone for a long time to send shampoo. Thanks to Ctrip for helping to negotiate
A nice, delightfully modern hotel with spanking clean comfortable rooms. The windows do open a bit which is terrific for those who like some fresh air. The buffet breakfast and the breakfast area are both quite pleasant, and the pantry in the lobby offers some snacks on the go. We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, it’s quite newly renovated and everything was fine. Nice hotel in the jewish getto. well soundproofed rooms, great location. We had breakfast once: nothing exceptional for a 4 star. Not very active staff, many dirty tables when we arrived in the room and very little variety of products. from a 4 star you expect much more! The two girls on staff did not replace the finished food. It’s a pity!
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—right on the main square in Kazimierz. The reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Stayed at the hotel for three nights in August. I need to sing the highest praises for the hotel's beds. We prefer a soft matress and this hotel had just that. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very bright and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t included in our rate but we had it one day. Lots...
Great hotel. Ice cold AC, nice bar, super friendly and helpful staff. Scooter to rent in the hotel. Hotel is almost brand new, so everything is new and nice and functional.
Roof top bar service was understaffed and slow. We left after 30 min of not getting our order.
About 2 blocks from the old city wall, very easy walk, not as ideal as being within the city wall, but still very convenient. ...
I have been very positively surprised with the room amenities. It was very comfy, bedroom very clean. I stayed there one night only but I'm going back for two more nights soon.

Krakow, Plac Kossaka 1 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room I stayed in was spacious and named after Olga. She is a writer and has won the Nobel Prize in Literature. This hotel is a classic building, and the elevator is made of wood. The doors are opened and closed manually. It was truly a historic product. The breakfast was also carefully prepared, with herbs from the hotel's own vegetable garden and coffee roasted in-house, so it was fragrant and...
Excellent hotel. We arrived at 2 am and the reception process was kind and fast. The location is close to the center. On foot to all the sites and especially close to the beautiful Vistula River. Great attitude of staff. Answer and help on any issue with a smile. The breakfast was very good. There is, ample parking from the enclosure. 60 zlotys per day for hotel guests. Really, we didn't want to leave...
This hotel is extremely nice hotel to stay at. Starting at reception (especially Anna) are very welcoming and go over and above to help you. From booking taxi’s, to trips to giving you advice and help all done professionally. The rooms are lovely, spacious, clean and they use Rituals toiletries. There is a good variety at breakfast and the eating area is very clean, all staff are helpful. There is...
We stayed here from 7/31 to 8/2. Hotel is in a good location from old town. Very walkable. Also have bikes available for free which is nice. Our room exhaust fan did not work, made for an uncomfortable shower. Rooftop restaurant has great views, food and service was so-so.
Bar in lobby had the worse drinks we have ever tried. Our mistake for ordering them close to closing time. We could not drink...
Really good breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are alright, but big plus for bathroom products. Restaurant on the rooftop was a disappointment, I guess it was too hyped in social media and my expectations were too high.
After our recent visit to Krakow, our party enjoyed an excellent stay at Hotel Kossak. First of all I would like to compliment the whole staff for their professional and Friendly demeanour. But especially Anna and Paulina on reception being the most customer facing you would hope for this. But at this Hotel, the high service continues, Kasper, Claudia on the roof top Bar. Also, at Breakfast, Kinga...

Krakow, 6 Węgierska (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Xerion Hotel in Kraków offers good value, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee. However, I can’t say I was fully satisfied with my stay. Upon arrival, my room had an odd smell, though this was the least of the issues. The walls were very thin, and the hallway lights constantly turned on whenever someone passed by, which was distracting. While the rooms looked nice, they weren’t as...
Excellent 4 night stay here.
Food is very good.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
A good 30 minute walk from the centre but a taxi is about £5.
Only down side was an offensive smell in the bathroom which, we were told, is due to the age of the building and proximity to the river.
Great location. 10 min walk to schindler factory and square where Jews rounded up from ghettos. Next to square ( with chairs) you take number 3 tram- 4 stops to Krakow old town. Get a 20min pass for 2zl ( 80p) approx
Hotel restaurant lovely and good value. Decent breakfast i lncluding prosecco! Choice of coffee, tea and assorted foods.
Only slight issue was that tea/ coffee/ milk limited in room, but...
The only down side to this hotel was the air con in the room was not manual so I had to keep going to reception to change it. Otherwise the corridor carpets could do with a change but didn't put me off. Staff are great
Location close to the centre, within easy walking distance. No parking, but not a problem
leaving your car on the street is a paid service. Breakfast good, staff polite, rooms clean, comfortable with good sound
isolation
Lovely clean room , staff organised our day trips for us but they dont understand the exchange rate so double check, not their fault and certainly didnt effect our stay.
Room was clean and comfy beds, Food was good, coffee not so much. Would def stay again beautiful hotel and dining room and staff were pleasant.TV has no English channels.
