Lovely little weekend trip for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed so much! We wished we stayed closer to the old town but taxi is cheap here in Polen so it didn’t affect us much. We are overall amazed with the stay! 10/10 The pool is more for kids, very small changing area. But the staff was amazing with the effort to make our stay feel complete. I would suggest this hotel.

Pros: Big room, some sort of pool to swim around (if you have space), pretty clean and comfortable overall. You do get dental and shaving kits, although it's ironic that the shaving blade handle is made of recycled materials, but if you only want to change the blade you can't (there's no such thing). You can get a new shaving kit. Bit of a waste... Cons: Maybe we had a bit of an unlucky experience...

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the clean bathroom was definitely a plus. Breakfast offerings were the same each day, but the wide variety made up for it, allowing us to enjoy something different on both mornings.

The location was convenient, with a tram stop nearby making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our room had a strong sewerage smell which was quite unpleasant, and the shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water everywhere. Great tyical Hilton hotel, service, food, room and amenities as you would expect from a Hilton excepitional. Location not ideal as you need a taxi to venture as a tourist into Krakow, the aproach road is in very poor condition. However transport is very affordable in Krakow so just order a Uber.

clean quiet rooms good service. usually a great location but the bridge being closed nearby made trams and buses less convenient (not the hotel's fault!). staff really helpful and breakfast good. really appreciated the laundry rooms too! thank you team.
