One of the best hotels. The staff are super nice, the design and facilities are amazing. 30 mins walk from the hotel into the main town. Beds are very comfortable. Also if you want to buy gifts/souvenirs they got a good selection at the hotel and the prices are even cheaper then most places in town.

Hotel is lovely, in a quiet area away from hussel of city centre with different restaurants located within it. If you want to book trips, you have to find the ones willing to come and collect you and bring you back if required but it's doable. It's a nice 40 minute walk to city centre but there are trams you can catch but we preferred to walk to see as much of the different parts of the city as possible

Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto is well located in the city, just opposite the mall, good connected with train station, coach terminal and tram. It is just 10 min to the old town. I recently stayed at here for 2 nights and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel’s wifi was extremely slow, making it challenging to work or stay connected, I suspect that this may have been exacerbated by my room’s location, as it seemed to be positioned quite far from the wifi router. Opposite the ferris wheel, on the ring road, I was happy with the location. Buses within easy reach, a 20 minute walk to the Jewish Quarter or to restaurants. Stayed at the hotel for three nights in August. I need to sing the highest praises for the hotel's beds. We prefer a soft matress and this hotel had just that. They recommend you expensive parking option. Near by we got better price. Hotel has multiple coffee machines, but they don’t work or work incredibly slow. This is a lovely small boutique hotel in a great, quiet location next to Wawel Castle. A 5 minute walk from the airport bus station and situated on the park. The buffet breakfast was lovely. Bar area was also nice. Rooms were nice and very clean. Worth paying the extra for a superior room. Walkable to the town and felt very safe.

A lovely hotel within walking distance of the Florian Gate and the main square (Rynek Glowny). The hotel has only been open for a few years following renovation and so everything is new. Very good hotel with really amazing restaurant in which you can taste local food prepared in a very unusual way :) In the rooms you can feel the old building climate and also you can see some art. I can honestly reccomend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. We arrived at 2 am and the reception process was kind and fast. The location is close to the center. On foot to all the sites and especially close to the beautiful Vistula River. We stayed here from 7/31 to 8/2. Hotel is in a good location from old town. Very walkable. Also have bikes available for free which is nice. Really good breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are alright, but big plus for bathroom products. Restaurant on the rooftop was a disappointment, I guess it was too hyped in social media and my expectations were too high.

Excellent 4 night stay here. Food is very good. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. A good 30 minute walk from the centre but a taxi is about £5. Only down side was an offensive smell in the bathroom which, we were told, is due to the age of the building and proximity to the river.

Great location. 10 min walk to schindler factory and square where Jews rounded up from ghettos. Next to square ( with chairs) you take number 3 tram- 4 stops to Krakow old town. The only down side to this hotel was the air con in the room was not manual so I had to keep going to reception to change it. Otherwise the corridor carpets could do with a change but didn't put me off. Staff are great

Location close to the centre, within easy walking distance. No parking, but not a problem leaving your car on the street is a paid service. Breakfast good, staff polite, rooms clean, comfortable with good sound isolation

Lovely clean room , staff organised our day trips for us but they dont understand the exchange rate so double check, not their fault and certainly didnt effect our stay. Room was clean and comfy beds, Food was good, coffee not so much. Would def stay again beautiful hotel and dining room and staff were pleasant.TV has no English channels.
