The location was convenient, with a tram stop nearby making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our room had a strong sewerage smell which was quite unpleasant, and the shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water everywhere. Lovely little weekend trip for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed so much! We wished we stayed closer to the old town but taxi is cheap here in Polen so it didn’t affect us much. We are overall amazed with the stay! 10/10 The pool is more for kids, very small changing area. But the staff was amazing with the effort to make our stay feel complete. I would suggest this hotel.

The room was spacious, and the location was very convenient; it was a 10-15 minute walk to the square. Schindler's factory was also a short walk across the river. I liked the hotel, but it's a bit far from the center and the access road is quite tricky. If you don't know how to get there, you'll have to walk 200 meters to reception. The GPS directs the taxi driver to a barrier that belongs to a residential building and the hotel administration can't open it. Only experienced taxi drivers know how to get there. This hotel is in walking distance to old town and is on the edge (I think) of the historic Jewish Quarter. So much history to see as we walked every day (5) we didn’t have a tour. Husband got his fill of ancestor history and I got my fill of drooling over polish pottery. The cleaners were quiet and efficient the restaurant was absolutely delicious for dinner.
