Krakow, ul. Nowohucka 35 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
There's couple of supermarket within 1.5km so it's convenient for us who is driving. Rooms are cozy. Bed's comfortable , toilets are clean. I'm happy with my 2 nights stay there
Room was nice, receptionist was super kind.
Bolt and uber are cheap so the distance from the centre wasn’t a problem.
There were some guests which were noisy and aldo there is another sister hotel nearby and one of the nights was very noisy
The breakfast is perfect and abundant. Very good service. The only true downside was the bed which was really narrow for 2 people and blocked by a wall on one side
The hotel and it staff was exceptional! We were taken great care of and felt really accommodated for such a cheap price! The only downside was the location. It is pretty far of from Krakow centre and the old town but it was nothing unmanagable.
We stayed 1 night and were really satisfied with this hotel. Very friendly staff, helpful and kind service. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and it was good to sleep after a long walk in the city. We dined in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent! Big portions, fresh vegetables, and the prices are very convenient. I recommend this hotel to everyone who isn't scared to walk a bit...

The room was very spacious, clean, well equipped and amazing condiment to old town and the train station.
When I mentioned an early morning check-out,
they said it would be fine if I left my key at the front desk.
They were waiting for me even though it was just before 6am that day.
They sent me off with a smile.
The trams are noisy early in the morning, but it's in the middle of a lively city.
It's conveniently close to the station.
There's no refrigerator, but the one inside the double-glazed windows...
I did find the noise from the trams passing by annoying at first, but soon tuned them out. Everything otherwise was excellent.
We liked the approximty to the tran station and Rynek
We didn’t like that we only got one key to the room
Great location convenient and nice staff

very pleasant. the room is clean and smell good. the breakfeast is also very good quality. the staff is super nice. I got a nice massage from one of the cleaners!
Room and hotel was clean. Staff was very helpful with planning tours and helping us with directions.
Location is amazing within walking distance to everything: The staff are friendly, rooms are large and comfortable and warm. Very good value, and clean. Would recommend
Very nice and friendly staff, luggage storage, convenient location, beautiful view outside the window, walking distance to nearby attractions, smooth check-in process, free breakfast
The location is good, very close to the train station and the old town, and can be reached on foot. The service is warm and friendly, the breakfast supply is sufficient, but it is a pity that there is no refrigerator in the room.
Overall, I still recommend it, the price and good location are worth it.
This hotel was recommended to us by a family member. Great value and great location. However, our room on arrival was a good size, which at first was terrific. However, having got up really early for our flight we thought we’d have a little siesta before going back out again for dinner in the evening….not a good idea as our room overlooked a beautiful church. Sounds good , but it certainly was not...

Lovely location nice and quiet near the river in Jewish Quarter 30 minutes walk to the main square 10 min tram ride would recommend
Went there with my class, and overall it was a nice stay!
Has a great Bowling/Kicker/Billiard area, but nothing much else in terms of activities..
Food was fine, but definitely nothing for picky eaters! Had some troubles with my allergies on the first day, therefore had to pay for a dish off the menu :/ Veggie versions were available, but nothing vegan either - tough the food looked and tasted quite...
I stayed here for almost a month for business so I think I've fully experienced the hotel. My experience was very good here. It's clear the hotel serves both groups and regular guests. So if you are a regular guest, don't worry, you are not sharing the restaurant with a large group, they have their own area. What I really appreciated was when a large group was in the other area, the waiting staff let...
Rooms are clean and large, with good AC in them. Food is excellent and the hotel is conveniently located for the Kazimierz area of Krakow, although a slightly longer walk to Rynek Glowny (about 25 mins at a slow pace, but with plenty to see along the way). I would stay again.
This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The staff team were very helpful and friendly. If we come back we will definitely stay here
We arrived as a group of about 60 of us, for a University trip and when I tell you we were knackered after travelling all day on zero hours sleep, the staff were so quick and easily got us checked in before our check-in time! The rooms were clean and tidy, and we had breakfast ever morning, consisting of: eggs, croissants, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juices, salad, bread, crepes, etc! The choice was great...

Kind & Friendly Staffs. Hotel room is very clean and very close to the Krakow Clowny (Train Station) & 12 minutes slow walk to the Krakow Old Town Square. Highly recommended:)
The hotel has a great location, being right next to Krakow’s central station and close to the historic center. The room was comfortable and very clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and greet you in the hallways. However, the cordiality in the dining area could have been better. I had a small baguette that I was planning to take with me because I didn’t have time to eat breakfast...
Very good experience, not exactly close to the city center but it only takes around 15 minutes walk, and the hotel is not hard to be located.
Nice stay in a great location, breakfast was good.

Very basic hotel - Air conditioning did not go below a certain number and it was boiling in the room - pointless having it! had to ask for a fan considering it was 36 degrees. This hotel is very basic, much like a travelodge. There are alot nicer/good location hotel to stay in for the same price. We only stayed here as easyjet would payout for a 3 star or less. The location was OK...
The room was very noisy. I didn't sleep well the whole night. I couldn't sleep at all in the first half of the night.
Overall good.
The staff and service was absolutely fine.
Location wise is also only 10 minutes from the main attractions and very low cost if you are getting a taxi ( use Bolt) £10 from the airport, £3 to the main square.
The breakfast was reasonable and started at 6:30 which is helpful for flights and also if you are going on the excursion to Aufshwitz
The reason for this score is the noise. The...

The hotel was good, clean, polite stuff. In my case I got there very late in the night, almost in the morning, and there was a problem with finding the parking. But the stuff was very accommodating on the phone, they came out and showed me where to park.
The room was clean.
the staff where polite and nice.
they allow me to park the car longer after my checkout.
breakfast not tasty in my opinion.
wifi abit slow
Not great but not bad, it's an average hotel, so not much to add
Fantastic hotel, neatly and arranged. Reception workers very interested.
It was very good but my bed wasn’t an actual bed it was on metal frame

Clean room, a little stuffy.
Decor a little dated.

Great location but a little tired.
Our stay at Hotel WAWEL was excellent from start to finish, and it’s rare to find a property that delivers both comfort and genuine hospitality so consistently.

We booked a last minute stay at this hotel. It's perfectly located from for a City break its about 10mins from the Train station and a few minutes from the old town.

The only thing that was not entirely clear to me is how the security deposit will be refunded. I would like to know how the refund process works and how long it usually takes to receive the amount that was requested upon arrival.
We were upgraded to double tree

The Hotel was great; very quick and pleasant check in. The waitresses serve me a drink even they just closed the bar. The room was clean and spacious with a kettle for hot drinks. Their breakfast was excellent but they cold have more coffee machines as there was a queue. The hotel is close to airport so it is ideal to sleep over there for morning flights from Kraków.
Overnight stay before flying home. Best placed hotel for getting to the airport . 5 easy miles . Did the job - decent breakfast
Not for solo travellers
The only couple of advantages to stay here-1.Location(close to airport) 2. Free parking. This hotel and its staff are clearly focused on group travel only. If you’re traveling alone, you won’t be served in the restaurant after 9 p.m. And that annoying midnight noise in the room… feels like a diesel generator.
Food was very good, nice common areas. Room was clean and comfortable
We were stranded in Krakow Airport (3 couples) by Severe Fog for 39 hours. The Lufthansa staff found us 3 Double Rooms in the Fero Express (not far from the airport) and only 10 mins drive away. An affordable hotel. Not luxury but has all the basics for a solo traveler. Clean. Friendly staff. Offers breakfast for a fee but didn’t try this. Well positioned close to a train station and the old town. Perfect for a short visit to Krakow. Would recommend.
The location is very convenient and I was attended to very well.
The hotel has vintage vibes with many paintings and is quiet

Great location in the Old Town, walking distance to the Main Square. Rooms and bathrooms are super clean, staff very helpful and polite. Reception open 24 h if you need anything. Shops and cafes nearby.
A very conveniently located hotel right between Old Town and Kazimierz, that has its best days passed. Rooms are decent size, somewhat smelly, and partly styled as "historic". We were so impressed with this hotel it surpassed all expectations we had. The room was small, the bathroom smelled- most likely from the drains. The location was ideal thought, and quite nice breakfast. Overall, i believe it was slightly overpriced, but served the purpose- and most importantly- it had 12pm check out- which was hugely appreciated.
Just back from a lovely weekend away, room was comfortable, staff friendly and very helpful. My only negative point was the lack of English Breakfast Tea available at Breakfast and I know I'm not the only one who mentioned this to staff this weekend.
