A great place to stay at Krakow. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was good and the general service was ok. It is not in the city center but well connected via the tram network right next to it.

Everything was amazing all round lovely team and the room was lovely just to come back into and relax. To get to old town or anywhere you desire the Tramway is only a 5 min walk away from the hotel.

Staffs is very friendly. There is free water collection point at lobby, breakfast is very good with a lot of variety even we stay for 3 days there is different menu. Room overall is good, but the shower area can be better. I m a L size girl, the shower space make me wonder how is taller or bigger size can stand in 🤣 However, I will definitely come again if I have the chances to visit krakow again

A lovely stay. The room was perfect for what we needed and in close walking distance to everything! We had a car and we were able to find a street spot in front of the hotel, there is a parking meter you pay at on the street. Plenty of coffee, restaurants, and shopping nearby!

Always visit this hotel on visit's to Krakow the location is excellent not far from all the amenities and the main square. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable. Affordable for students. We were lucky with the room - the window looked out on the courtyard, the room was dusty, especially on the shelves in the cabinets. Perfectly situated near the Jewish area, close to the Old city and within walking distance to the Schindler factory museum. Nice helpful staff. Beer and soft drinks for sale in the reception and a little fridge in the room, which was clean and tidy and had a little balcony to the backyard and a comfortable king size bed.

We stayed with a group (43 people, most of whom were 17-18 years old) at the hotel from 28.4.25 to 1.5.25. This was our first time at this hotel. Everything went great and the staff was helpful and flexible as much as possible. A quiet and comfortable hotel, the breakfast met the requirements of our group very well. I hope this will become "our" hotel in the future.

I have been to Wilga Hotel and I had a great night. We were bowling and playing pool and the staff was really nice. Kasia and Anastasia were very friendly they made great cocktails, and have been a wonderful company. I certainly recommend.

Although the hotel is reasonably far from the old town in Krakow, I was quite impressed. The rooms are large and have a TV which offer English channels, the bathroom was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and the food was good. Only negative is that the WiFi signal is quite weak.

Older basic hotel but fine for the price. Staff were all very friendly. They offer breakfast but we didn't try that out. The beds aren't that comfortable and the blanket was a bit short for a tall guy like myself. I stayed here way back in 2001. It was a really nice hotel in a lovely area of Kazimierz. The breakfast was particularly good and I enjoyed walking back and forth from here to the main square in Krakow.

Amazing breakfast and nice staff, but the room (014) located on 1st floor with windows towards the street was terribly noisy even with closed windows and fully transparent, so curtains should always be closed as well.

Transit and 2-3 days is completely appropriate. Good transport to the city centre and relatively quiet place. The breakfast is not a big miracle d the standards relative to good and abundant. 1, the personal beds are good, but the 2 personal is very narrow. The reception only speak English, the Lengyelen addition, other languages ( German, Italian , etc ) they don't understand.
