There's couple of supermarket within 1.5km so it's convenient for us who is driving. Rooms are cozy. Bed's comfortable , toilets are clean. I'm happy with my 2 nights stay there

Room was nice, receptionist was super kind. Bolt and uber are cheap so the distance from the centre wasn’t a problem.

There were some guests which were noisy and aldo there is another sister hotel nearby and one of the nights was very noisy

The room was very spacious, clean, well equipped and amazing condiment to old town and the train station.

When I mentioned an early morning check-out, they said it would be fine if I left my key at the front desk. They were waiting for me even though it was just before 6am that day. They sent me off with a smile. The trams are noisy early in the morning, but it's in the middle of a lively city. It's conveniently close to the station. I did find the noise from the trams passing by annoying at first, but soon tuned them out. Everything otherwise was excellent.

The location is good, very close to the train station and the old town, and can be reached on foot. The service is warm and friendly, the breakfast supply is sufficient, but it is a pity that there is no refrigerator in the room. This hotel was recommended to us by a family member. Great value and great location. However, our room on arrival was a good size, which at first was terrific. Went there with my class, and overall it was a nice stay! Has a great Bowling/Kicker/Billiard area, but nothing much else in terms of activities.. I stayed here for almost a month for business so I think I've fully experienced the hotel. My experience was very good here. It's clear the hotel serves both groups and regular guests. Rooms are clean and large, with good AC in them. Food is excellent and the hotel is conveniently located for the Kazimierz area of Krakow, although a slightly longer walk to Rynek Glowny (about 25 mins at a slow pace, but with plenty to see along the way). I would stay again.

Very basic hotel - Air conditioning did not go below a certain number and it was boiling in the room - pointless having it! had to ask for a fan considering it was 36 degrees. This hotel is very basic, much like a travelodge. There are alot nicer/good location hotel to stay in for the same price. We only stayed here as easyjet would payout for a 3 star or less. The hotel was good, clean, polite stuff. In my case I got there very late in the night, almost in the morning, and there was a problem with finding the parking. But the stuff was very accommodating on the phone, they came out and showed me where to park.

We booked a last minute stay at this hotel. It's perfectly located from for a City break its about 10mins from the Train station and a few minutes from the old town. The room we got was located on the 2nd floor above reception so overlooked the road. However it was so quiet we didn't hear anything from our room. Everything was great during my stay. The hotel was very comfortable and the service was excellent. The only thing that was not entirely clear to me is how the security deposit will be refunded. I would like to know how the refund process works and how long it usually takes to receive the amount that was requested upon arrival.

Not for solo travellers The only couple of advantages to stay here-1.Location(close to airport) 2. Free parking. This hotel and its staff are clearly focused on group travel only. If you’re traveling alone, you won’t be served in the restaurant after 9 p.m. And that annoying midnight noise in the room… feels like a diesel generator.

Comfortable bed with really soft bed linen, room was warm and clean. Good shower. Great breakfast selection. Fantastic location for the airport and south west Krakow area. There was unfortunately a lot of noise in the corridors at night and the breakfast room was exceptionally busy due to a few coach tour groups staying but overall highly recommended.

Just to the north of the old town of Krakow, Hotel delta is a small hotel that delivers perfect standards however with some minor tweaks it could be even better. We have just returned from a 4 night family break in Krakow. We had 2 triple rooms on the 4th floor. Our rooms where spotlessly clean and beds where comfy. Our room had a bath/shower combo and the other a quite tight shower cubicle. Beadkfast was ok, but room and space very tight. All the staff where friendly and attentive. My only advice is ask for a room at the back as the noise from the street...
