This is my second time staying in this hotel it looks alot better on the inside than it does outside nice big rooms the only thing that let's it down is the shower is tiny you can't turn around without nocking and adjusting the temperature but it it's location is brilliant it's very close to the old town

When we arrived the water thing was broken in the bathroom and we had to call for mechanic to fix it. Additionally the window did not fully close , kinda bad when outside it is -10 c. The Hotel was great; very quick and pleasant check in. The waitresses serve me a drink even they just closed the bar. The room was clean and spacious with a kettle for hot drinks. Their breakfast was excellent but they cold have more coffee machines as there was a queue. The hotel is close to airport so it is ideal to sleep over there for morning flights from Kraków.

Not for solo travellers The only couple of advantages to stay here-1.Location(close to airport) 2. Free parking. This hotel and its staff are clearly focused on group travel only. Comfortable bed with really soft bed linen, room was warm and clean. Good shower. Great breakfast selection. Fantastic location for the airport and south west Krakow area. We were so impressed with this hotel it surpassed all expectations we had. The hotel is fairly new, so the quality is very good. Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is okay, though the scrambled eggs were a bit slimy and the bacon was inedible, but the rest is great. The evening menu is very varied, with Polish dishes and burgers. Everything is very tasty. The only downside is that the staff is unfriendly and not very attentive.

There's couple of supermarket within 1.5km so it's convenient for us who is driving. Rooms are cozy. Bed's comfortable , toilets are clean. I'm happy with my 2 nights stay there

The location is excellent, right on the main square. We were in the adjacent building and had to go outside for breakfast, but it's just next door, so it wasn't a problem. The only downside was the noise at night; they provide earplugs on the bedside table, which suggests it's quite common. Otherwise, the room was very nice and the bathroom was renovated.

The hotel is right in the city center, so it's in a very convenient location. The staff were very welcoming, but unfortunately the building left a little to be desired. Located right in the heart of the old town, it was very convenient for visiting tourist attractions. However, it was noisy outside, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at night. The hotel was aware of this, so earplugs were provided as amenities. I was concerned about the weak water pressure in the shower. The room itself was fine!

The hotel was good, clean, polite stuff. In my case I got there very late in the night, almost in the morning, and there was a problem with finding the parking. But the stuff was very accommodating on the phone, they came out and showed me where to park.

We have just returned from a 4 night family break in Krakow. We had 2 triple rooms on the 4th floor. Our rooms where spotlessly clean and beds where comfy. Our room had a bath/shower combo and the other a quite tight shower cubicle. Beadkfast was ok, but room and space very tight. All the staff where friendly and attentive. My only advice is ask for a room at the back as the noise from the street...
