My friend struggled to get service (blankets, food etc) after it being promised. Bed wasn't that comfy and AC seemed to not work on the second night. Was okay and seems to be fairly cheap, but it's a bit below expectation. Reasonable but not great, except the location is quite good.

The receptionist are very welcoming and positive. It was rainy and the staff came with an umbrella to protect us from the rain. Amazing ! We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Galaxy. The room was nice, cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels. In my opinion, the bed is a bit too hard. The staff is friendly and service-minded. The breakfast is good and varies from day to day. The distance to the city is also convenient, just a 20-minute walk to reach the center.

Vi had a suite. It was very good. Everything was working. Except for the bathroom door, that could't close.:-) Our kids had a normal room. The water in the bath was cold, the aircondition wasn't working all the time. The sounds from the nextdoor neightbor was very loud, so the walls was too Thing. The the spa and pool was very nice.

It was located in the center of Krakow, so it was easily accessible, and I was satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and service.

This hotel was recommended by the agent before the business trip. It is not far from Krakow Airport, has a good surrounding environment, a large room with a sofa, and a wide variety of breakfasts, which are delicious.

It was a good hotel and at a very good location. I stayed one night less than I booked and paid for, but the reception told me that they could not refund one night. I think they could have considered as to get a repeat customer

Location was perfect , highly recommend. Rooms were spotless, lovely and modern. The shower I miss already . Staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother .  Will definitely visit Poland again and 100% will stay at this hotel.

The hotel is located right in front of the Krakow train station!! In spite of my early arrival they managed to make a room for me. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. There’s a bar and restaurant in the hotel. I wished to try that if I had more time. It’s a shame I couldn’t have breakfast because my tour schedule has changed. The hotel was located near to "Rondo Mogilskie" tram station, which was near to city center. The response of the hotel staff was commendable. The breakfast was a decent one.

The location is fine although not at the main Krakow station, there is a tram nearby with lift and escalator. There is also a park nearby where you can hang out and relax in the morning. A great place to stay at Krakow. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was good and the general service was ok. It is not in the city center but well connected via the tram network right next to it.

Everything was amazing all round lovely team and the room was lovely just to come back into and relax. To get to old town or anywhere you desire the Tramway is only a 5 min walk away from the hotel.

Very nice hotel with perfect location. From some numbers there is incredible view on Vizsla river. Very proficient and kind staff. The restaurant is wonderful with delicies meals. Comfy but lacked netflix for a 5 star hotel rating.

Have had a full body massage at Vanilla Spa with my friend - loved the experience. We had access to sauna area 30’mins before the massage, followed by a relaxing massage. Loved it. Masseuses were very professional and nice. Would recommend

It was amazing! Strongly recommend SPA Complex for rest at the weekend. We have wonderful experience here. We took 'coconut sprint'. Hamam, tea, scrub & massage with bamboo. It was just the best choice for relaxation. It costs 340 zlotyh/person. But - believe my, it costs this money.

Superb hotel. The few negatives were 1) The room air con made the rooms very cold. 2) The sleigh beds had a big gap where the pillows kept disappearing into. 3) The spa does not cater for people who have difficulties walking. This hotel is fantastic! Nestled in Krakow’s historic center, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city’s top attractions. The spa is excellent and provides a wonderfully relaxing experience. I cannot rate this hotel more and I’m fussy ( believe me!) . It was spotless, efficient and perfectly located. (€3 taxi or beautiful walk to the town) The staff could not do enough. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff & lovely continental breakfast. Hot choice is nearly always polish but plenty of other things to choose from. Even have us a packed lunch one day for our day trip. Came to the restaurant only. Great food and very tasty steak. Price is reasonable and service gets 5*.

Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant, well stocked tea and coffee making supplies and bathroom supplies. Losing one star for room quality, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke, the shower head was faulty and a lack of electrical plugs.

Excellent location and very good parking with easy in and out. If you want hotel close to the center with parking this seems about the only option - the parking of the hotel next door always seemed to show full. Room itself nice too with small patio. Only downside I see is no ac - we didn't need when we were there but could be a problem in a heat wave.

Good quiet small hotel, very close to center of town. Good amenities. The only thing is that bed not comfortable.

Very nice hotel to stay while in Krakow. Excellent location, staff very friendly. Room very clean.... We had breakfast included but had to leave before the restaurant open. They prepared amazing breakfast for us that was waiting for us at the reception. Excellent service. Going back to Krakow next summer and we will stay there again and if you decide to do the same you won’t regret.
