Lovely little weekend trip for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed so much! We wished we stayed closer to the old town but taxi is cheap here in Polen so it didn’t affect us much. We are overall amazed with the stay! 10/10 The pool is more for kids, very small changing area. But the staff was amazing with the effort to make our stay feel complete. I would suggest this hotel.

Pros: Big room, some sort of pool to swim around (if you have space), pretty clean and comfortable overall. You do get dental and shaving kits, although it's ironic that the shaving blade handle is made of recycled materials, but if you only want to change the blade you can't (there's no such thing). You can get a new shaving kit. Bit of a waste... Cons: Maybe we had a bit of an unlucky experience...

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the clean bathroom was definitely a plus. Breakfast offerings were the same each day, but the wide variety made up for it, allowing us to enjoy something different on both mornings.

Had a wonderful 2N stay in tis hotel. Excellent service from front desk to cafe staff really made my stay incredible n unforgettable. Comfy beds n clean bathroom definitely plus factor. Still have vivid memory of Wieliczka Salt Mine which captivates n mesmerizes me... Definitely deserved to be UNESCO World Heritage site.. Chambers and chapels are awesome.

The location was convenient, with a tram stop nearby making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our room had a strong sewerage smell which was quite unpleasant, and the shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water everywhere. My friend struggled to get service (blankets, food etc) after it being promised. Bed wasn't that comfy and AC seemed to not work on the second night. Was okay and seems to be fairly cheap, but it's a bit below expectation. Reasonable but not great, except the location is quite good.

It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport, right next to the National Museum. Walking up to the castle offers panoramic views of Krakow, and the Old Town is a 7-minute walk away. Great tyical Hilton hotel, service, food, room and amenities as you would expect from a Hilton excepitional. Location not ideal as you need a taxi to venture as a tourist into Krakow, the aproach road is in very poor condition. However transport is very affordable in Krakow so just order a Uber.

The room was spacious, and the location was very convenient; it was a 10-15 minute walk to the square. Schindler's factory was also a short walk across the river. We had the most amazing time at Hotel Stary right before Christmas time. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town walking distance to all the sightseeing spots. The hotel is clean, staff very welcoming, rooms are comfortable and food options are great for everyone. Stayed at this hotel for a long weekend break in Krakow. Room was very clean, nice little bathroom and a very, very comfy bed. Hosts were kind and pleasant helping me to find an open chemist when I had an allergic reaction to something. This is an extremely pleasant in the Kazimierz district and a great base from which to explore the city. The rooms are a decent size. The food is good enough. The hotel is quiet on a night, but rather noisy after 6:00am. I think it’s the staff setting up for breakfast. The Wi-Fi is excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean comfy beds and pillows but the breakfast was not the best. The coffee not great and the fruit juices offered at breakfast were very watery and didn’t taste nice. The cooked breakfast was not of a great standard. The toaster didn’t work and just warmed the bread.

It is my understanding that this hotel very recently, underwent a renovation. That being said, when the room was booked, we booked a king. Kings are no longer an option in this room post-reno, so we dealt with a queen. This information was not relayed to us and no other options were provided. The room was TINY. Short City Break Hotel was clean and comfy. The reception staff were always very helpful. We booked our trips to the salt mine and Auschwitz through the hotel.
