The location was convenient, with a tram stop nearby making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our room had a strong sewerage smell which was quite unpleasant, and the shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water everywhere. Despite those issues, the service from the staff was good.

It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport, right next to the National Museum. Walking up to the castle offers panoramic views of Krakow, and the Old Town is a 7-minute walk away. Perhaps due to autumn break, around 7 pm, there were many young people dancing, creating a fantastic atmosphere, much like Chinese grandmothers doing square dancing, but to popular, upbeat songs. Lovely little weekend trip for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed so much! We wished we stayed closer to the old town but taxi is cheap here in Polen so it didn’t affect us much. We are overall amazed with the stay! 10/10 The pool is more for kids, very small changing area. But the staff was amazing with the effort to make our stay feel complete. I would suggest this hotel.

Pros: Big room, some sort of pool to swim around (if you have space), pretty clean and comfortable overall. You do get dental and shaving kits, although it's ironic that the shaving blade handle is made of recycled materials, but if you only want to change the blade you can't (there's no such thing). Stayed at this hotel for a long weekend break in Krakow. Room was very clean, nice little bathroom and a very, very comfy bed. Hosts were kind and pleasant helping me to find an open chemist when I had an allergic reaction to something. This is an extremely pleasant in the Kazimierz district and a great base from which to explore the city. The rooms are a decent size. The food is good enough. I liked the hotel, but it's a bit far from the center and the access road is quite tricky. If you don't know how to get there, you'll have to walk 200 meters to reception. The GPS directs the taxi driver to a barrier that belongs to a residential building and the hotel administration can't open it. Only experienced taxi drivers know how to get there.
