The hotel is centrally located about 5 mins walk from the main square. The staff are really hospitable and made a special effort for my partners birthday. We had a premium room number 119. My friend struggled to get service (blankets, food etc) after it being promised. Bed wasn't that comfy and AC seemed to not work on the second night. Was okay and seems to be fairly cheap, but it's a bit below expectation. Reasonable but not great, except the location is quite good.

Literally one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Have us early check in and complementary drinks when we arrived after our flight. Breakfast was amazing. Cooked to order omelettes and the hotel is just gorgeous. Spa is also a really nice little touch to warm you up after the snow

It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport, right next to the National Museum. Walking up to the castle offers panoramic views of Krakow, and the Old Town is a 7-minute walk away. Perhaps due to autumn break, around 7 pm, there were many young people dancing, creating a fantastic atmosphere, much like Chinese grandmothers doing square dancing, but to popular, upbeat songs. We had the most amazing time at Hotel Stary right before Christmas time. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town walking distance to all the sightseeing spots. The hotel is clean, staff very welcoming, rooms are comfortable and food options are great for everyone. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and definitely will be looking forward to coming back when we visit krakow again

We love this hotel and keep coming back. The style and decor is unique and it has a fantastic grotto like spa area. The staff have always been courteous and professional every time we visit. If you want to be in the centre there is no better location , just a few steps away from the main square.

We were there for 4 nights. Its a little bit outside of Krakow but easily accessible by tram which is only a 10 min walk away. What a lovely hotel with lots of character. Yes the room was spotless could not fault anything, even a dishwasher in the kitchen annexe and all necessary crockery and utensils. Staff were absolutely amazing went above and beyond to help you, nothing was a bother to make sure you had what you needed. Would most definitely recommend this aparthotel without any doubt at all.
