My friend struggled to get service (blankets, food etc) after it being promised. Bed wasn't that comfy and AC seemed to not work on the second night. Was okay and seems to be fairly cheap, but it's a bit below expectation. Reasonable but not great, except the location is quite good.

The receptionist are very welcoming and positive. It was rainy and the staff came with an umbrella to protect us from the rain. Amazing ! Very nice hotel with perfect location. From some numbers there is incredible view on Vizsla river. Very proficient and kind staff. The restaurant is wonderful with delicies meals. For example the salad Cezar was of huge size with delicios souce. There is parking available but with difficult entry and high cars may not fit. But anyway it is worth of staying there.

Stayed here 3 nights. The hotel is very well situated, easy access to all main sites and city centre, bus and tram services. It's quiet and clean despite the road changing work happening. Comfy but lacked netflix for a 5 star hotel rating.

Have had a full body massage at Vanilla Spa with my friend - loved the experience. We had access to sauna area 30’mins before the massage, followed by a relaxing massage. Loved it. Masseuses were very professional and nice. Would recommend

It was amazing! Strongly recommend SPA Complex for rest at the weekend. We have wonderful experience here. We took 'coconut sprint'. Hamam, tea, scrub & massage with bamboo. It was just the best choice for relaxation. It costs 340 zlotyh/person. But - believe my, it costs this money.

Superb hotel. The few negatives were 1) The room air con made the rooms very cold. 2) The sleigh beds had a big gap where the pillows kept disappearing into. 3) The spa does not cater for people who have difficulties walking. Very nice place to stay in Krakow. Highly recommend for business to vacations. Great rooms and great service by any standards. It is very close to everything downtown you want to see. One issue we have discovered was Uber cannot come to the hotel due to some local restrictions. They could drop you off but cannot come to pick you up.

Great location and beautiful rooms. My only real complaint is this hotel has the smallest gym / fitness center I've seen. Great indoor pool, sauna, etc. But fitness center is barely more than a closet. That being said, location alone makes it a must stay!!

This hotel is fantastic! Nestled in Krakow’s historic center, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city’s top attractions. The spa is excellent and provides a wonderfully relaxing experience. However, the staff could be more welcoming, as they often didn’t greet us unless we greeted them first. It’s a shame, given the high standards of the hotel overall.

Banal welcome, not 5 stars. They didn't explain anything to us about what could be done, not even a brief presentation of the hotel. They can do better, the restaurant is normal and very expensive.
