Excellent Sheraton beautifully located by the river in proximity to the central square Highly recommended
The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and...
The hotel experience this time was perfect! The location is simply unbeatable. The Vistula Castle and the Vistula River are just outside the door. You can start exploring and enjoying the scenery anytime and anywhere, and the historical charm and natural scenery switch seamlessly. The hotel service is particularly good, from the warm reception at the front desk to the caring care of the guest rooms...
Location is great, service was impeccable. I really enjoy my stay in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again when I come back.
The environment is good, Sheraton Hotel chain, both service and hygiene are very good, the first choice for business trips, breakfast is also delicious, and transportation is convenient near the hotel.
Amazing experience! The hotel is a 15min walk to the old town square, the room has a surreal view of the castle and the river. Robert in the lounge took such good care of everyone and Irina at the restaurant was a wonderful host. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had at a hotel in the Marriott umbrella. From the staff, service, Christmas decor (in November) to food and location, this is the...

My friend struggled to get service (blankets, food etc) after it being promised. Bed wasn't that comfy and AC seemed to not work on the second night. Was okay and seems to be fairly cheap, but it's a bit below expectation. Reasonable but not great, except the location is quite good.
Very friendly welcome from the personal at the reception.Rooms are nice and spacious and clean .I love especially that one can open the windows. Breakfast is nice even so I would love to have fewer convenience products. The freshly prepared eggs made to order are a big plus.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly polite and always willing to help. My room was spacious, and the bathroom was modern and recently refurbished. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. I also participated in a workshop held at the hotel, and the conference facilities were good. Overall, a great experience...
The receptionist are very welcoming and positive. It was rainy and the staff came with an umbrella to protect us from the rain. Amazing ! The room is very spacious, was very clean and has a very high standard. The breakfast was also amazing, very lovely waiters and service. Overall I had a great stay and people here are very lovely. Definitely recommended! :)
Fantastic short stay in krakow. The hotel was very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous, bed very comfy and serviced every day. Huge selection of food available for breakfast. All in all loved every minute of our break in krakow.
Amazing hotel, polite and helpful personnel. Clean rooms, gym, area for kids with playstation. Perfect breakfast and restaurant. Comfortable place in the Krakow old town.

Very noisy room due to being next to the elevators and hard to sleep with the noises from that all night. They would benefit from more soundproofing. The room itself was nice and the facilities were great. Good location too.
The staff is helpful and friendly. Very attentive. The spa was amazing! The pool area was beautiful, but some tiles were missing. The room was nice, but basic. Some dusting is needed. We wanted a movie night, but it was not possible to watch anything in English or cast from our phones (no smart TV). The common areas were OK. Colourful, but neither cosy or hip atmosphere. Cramped. Beautiful Christmas...
We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Galaxy. The room was nice, cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels. In my opinion, the bed is a bit too hard. The staff is friendly and service-minded. The breakfast is good and varies from day to day. The distance to the city is also convenient, just a 20-minute walk to reach the center.
We had a pleasant stay on this hotel Galaxy. Good breakfast & lots of choice. Very clean room. Easy access to some tourist spots. Friendly staffs especially Sandra who was at the reception when we checked in & out. And she (Sandra) on the concierge too, was very helpful to plan our tours.
We booked this hotel for the reason that there would be a secured bicycle parking, but there was not. It was possible to store our bikes in the underground parking lot wich was only closed during the night. As you understand we didn’t put our 5000 EUR bike at this open place. According to the website the hotel should be “bike friendly” Because of this we stored our bikes in the hotel room. For the...
Vi had a suite. It was very good. Everything was working. Except for the bathroom door, that could't close.:-) Our kids had a normal room. The water in the bath was cold, the aircondition wasn't working all the time. The sounds from the nextdoor neightbor was very loud, so the walls was too Thing. The the spa and pool was very nice.

Excellent hotel - immaculately clean. Lovely helpful staff and brilliant location too. Breakfast caters for all needs - large variety of choice. Highly recommended
We stayed here in September. Hotel location is excellent 5 minute walk into the centre of things. Trams run outside and it is also walking distance to the main train stain and a lovely shopping centre. There is a shop just round the corner where you can find drinks and snacks as well as ready made rolls and sandwiches. There is also a nice restaurant on the other corner serving traditional polish food...
The rooms were nice, but there was no AC so the temperature in the room was often way too high. There was no refrigerator either, so the water wouldn't keep cold for more than 20 minutes in the room. Other than that the beds were good, the room looked nice, and there was a lot of space on the room. It is also very close to the Cracow Old Town, you can walk there in 3-5 minutes easily. There is a small...
This is a very convenient hotel. A short walk from the city center, the hotels location is definitely one of its better qualities. I wasn't keen on my room. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillow wasn't adequate either. The bathroom was good, and coffee making facilities were in the room, which I didn't use. I dare say if I paid more, I would have gotten a better bed. An iron is available in...
Great location and close to the city centre. Room was quite hot, would have been more comfortable with air-conditioning. However, the room was very clean and staff super friendly.
+ Location, very close to old town in the middle of Krakow. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. -No Ac or fan in the room. It was almost 30* C outside so it was hot in the room. The toilet seat is very uncomfortable. The temperature of the water in the shower fluctuated and had a low pressure. Overall its a nice hotel at a good price range of what you get. 3.6 out of 5.

Elegant and modern building, with great customer service. One thing to note about this hotel is that the temperature controller in your room is dependent on the hotel. One day it is (manually) set for cooling - meaning there is not going to be an option to heat your room. The other day it is set for heating - meaning there would be no way to cool your room. This meant that it would be very cold during...
Great place to stay and enjoy the comfort of services. We had a great experience at the hotel during the indian (Gujarati) event! The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, a spacious conference area, and ample parking makes it an ideal venue for future events.
I been here twice. Every time my experience was wonderful. Very nice staff and clean place. We celebrated Indian festival there. Check my channel GeetVlogs for more information about the ambience of the hotel.

Hospitality at the highest level. The staff speaks English at a high level. Luxurious rooms, the shower is amazing, the bed is soft and comfortable. There is parking (paid, but not expensive and reliable, constant surveillance). You can always contact the staff if you have questions, the only question we had was the window. This big and modern hotel is easily accessible from the highway and it has a wide parking (for extra cost). It is a good solution if you want to sleep in the outskirts of Krakow: reception always open, large and elegant room with comfortable beds, very low price for a four stars hotel. It was located in the center of Krakow, so it was easily accessible, and I was satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and service.
This hotel was recommended by the agent before the business trip. It is not far from Krakow Airport, has a good surrounding environment, a large room with a sofa, and a wide variety of breakfasts, which are delicious.
It was a good hotel and at a very good location. I stayed one night less than I booked and paid for, but the reception told me that they could not refund one night. I think they could have considered as to get a repeat customer
Very much looking forward to coming again

Near to the central train station and walking distance to the old town district.
Overall, the hotel services was amazing based on Europe country but the parking fees is quite expensive.
Good hotel, top location. The bed is a bit small for 2 persons but menagable.
We had a wonderful stay at this property We got upgraded to Junior Suite and really enjoyed the space I was quite weary of Mercure after bad experience with them in Singapore, but this property has redeemed the brand !!!
The hotel is located right in front of the Krakow train station!! In spite of my early arrival they managed to make a room for me. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located near to "Rondo Mogilskie" tram station, which was near to city center. The response of the hotel staff was commendable. The breakfast was a decent one.
The location is fine although not at the main Krakow station, there is a tram nearby with lift and escalator. There is also a park nearby where you can hang out and relax in the morning. Room was clean every 2 days. Lack of hair conditioner. This hotel is fine but do not expect 4/5 star hotel standard.
Thank you for my stay at your hotel.
A great place to stay at Krakow. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was good and the general service was ok. It is not in the city center but well connected via the tram network right next to it.

Nice hotel. A bit small pool would wish it was an outdoor pool. Gets very crowded at breakfast, hard to find a table. Staff should controll if there is empty tables and let groups in 1 by 1 to be seated.
For £30 per person per night, this is extremely cheap! The 4-star Premier Kraków Hotel features a swimming pool and a sauna that guests have free access to. It is located within a 10-minute drive of the Kraków Old Town, which is also accessible directly via public transport. Situated in the northern part of the city, it also 10 km from Kraków Balice Airport. All rooms at the Premier Kraków are soundproofed...
As an US resident exited to travel around, this place provides a lovely place to rest after a long day of exploring in the city. The pool is utterly lovely and is an enjoyable place to exercise or have some fun. The aesthetic of the place is more upscale. The buffet breakfast has a large variety of options and tons of seating. The rooms are fairly large, or at least my room on floor 4. This hotel is...
I recently stayed at here for 2 nights and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel’s wifi was extremely slow, making it challenging to work or stay connected, I suspect that this may have been exacerbated by my room’s location, as it seemed to be positioned quite far from the wifi router. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered limited choices, which was disappointing...
The location is very convenient for short stays, there is a mall if needed. 20 min to the Krakow center. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, my room was relatively clean, but no shampoo or body lotion in the shower. I only had one night, very affordable. Carpark should he free in my opinion.
The hotel has a very nice and friendly service but the good story ends here. Definitely has its best days in the past. Rooms should be upgraded: shower curtain was missing so the water was all over the place, AC was barely working (windows in room 115 and 116 are fixed), beds are uncomfortable and pillows looked like they were in use for at least 25 years :) And I could keep counting. Like other comments: the parking situation is laughable for a “5-star hotel” We arrived on the 31st and the lady at the counter was very dismissive of our parking needs (basically asking us to deal with it ourselves) and unknowledgeable on nearby parking options The gym is extremely small so don’t bother The room is nice and spacious though So yea, bad service overall, we had to spend 30mins looking...
Very nice hotel with perfect location. From some numbers there is incredible view on Vizsla river. Very proficient and kind staff. The restaurant is wonderful with delicies meals. For example the salad Cezar was of huge size with delicios souce. There is parking available but with difficult entry and high cars may not fit. But anyway it is worth of staying there.
Stayed here 3 nights. The hotel is very well situated, easy access to all main sites and city centre, bus and tram services. It's quiet and clean despite the road changing work happening. Room soundproofing is not 100% but very quiet at night. The bathroom although not spacious, is very efficient. The decor of the room if not on the latest trend, is clean and fresh. Superb hotel. The few negatives were 1) The room air con made the rooms very cold. 2) The sleigh beds had a big gap where the pillows kept disappearing into. 3) The spa does not cater for people who have difficulties walking. In every other respect, this hotel is superb and ee shall certainly come back.
We had the most incredible experience at Pod Różą Hotel for our wedding ceremony and lunch reception. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Krakow’s Old Town, with restaurants, cafes, shops, grocery stores, and pharmacies all just steps away. I stayed at the hotel recently and had mixed feelings about my experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, the first room we were given was disappointing: it was too small, outdated, and lacked a carpet, which made it feel uncomfortable...
Loved this hotel. They upgraded us to a junior suite and gave us our room at about 11am. What’s not to like? Lobby and restaurant are very attractive. Our suite was lovely. Large with 7m ceiling! Very good hotel, nice and clean, although the bed sheets did have some black stains on them. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of options.
Our stay at the Hilton was generally pleasant. The staff was courteous and professional, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. However, the location left much to be desired. There were virtually no dining options within a 1 km walking distance, which was incredibly inconvenient. While a nearby bus stop provided some relief, the area itself lacked accessibility for those hoping to explore...
Opposite the ferris wheel, on the ring road, I was happy with the location. Buses within easy reach, a 20 minute walk to the Jewish Quarter or to restaurants. Typical Hilton Garden Inn - decent rooms well appointed, good breakfast, friendly staff, what's not to like? Baggage storage available if your flight is later in the day. I'd happily return.
Amazing! Location is great for walking to old town, etc. The service is remarkably outstanding, particularly to any Hilton Honors Diamond members. I want to give a special shout out to Natalie who went out of her way to make my stay special. In addition, Oliwia was awesome! This is the place to stay in Krakow!

This area has it all. The best Western offers a free buffet breakfast in the morning, that allows for eating and heading off to your adventure. The best western hotel is really walkable to so many areas in city center and near the old Jewish quarter. Also, the train runs right in front of the hotel. Everything is so easily accessible. The staff is helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommend this hotel...
