The hotel is centrally located about 5 mins walk from the main square. The staff are really hospitable and made a special effort for my partners birthday. We had a premium room number 119

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. I also participated in a workshop held at the hotel, and the conference facilities were good

Very friendly welcome from the personal at the reception. Rooms are nice and spacious and clean. I love especially that one can open the windows. Breakfast is nice even so I would love to have fewer convenience products

Perhaps due to autumn break, around 7 pm, there were many young people dancing, creating a fantastic atmosphere, much like Chinese grandmothers doing square dancing, but to popular, upbeat songs

It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport, right next to the National Museum. Walking up to the castle offers panoramic views of Krakow, and the Old Town is a 7-minute walk away

The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us

Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, and public transport connections are rather limited. There was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom upon arrival, but it was taken care of immediately

Very nice hotel with comfy beds. The restaurant serve a nice menu. Breakfast is plentiful but no traditional English breakfast. Location is a bit iffy, I thought it was central but its a good half hour walk.

The hotel breakfast was acceptable; European breakfasts are pretty much the same, I suppose. The room's soundproofing was slightly poor, probably due to the building's design and materials

Rooms are clean, we got clean towels every day when requested. In our room we only had body soap, no shampoo,conditionet, body milk. I think it would be very useful for guests that are coming by plane on a weekend trip

Hotel has excellent location, near the river, train station, tram stations. We enjoyed walking in the morning near the river, then accros the bridges to the Kazimirec or the mearest tram station to old town

Breakfast is very tasty and rich, we loved it, lunch was very good also. French fries is very special and simply great, my son loved it. Staff is very kind and helpful

Excellent modern luxurious hotel. The spa was a treat. The breakfast experience was one of the best I have had. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very central; close to all of the sites and main square.

The swimming pool water was quite cold, and the single jacuzzi was often overcrowded. However, for a hotel of this category in the Old Town, there are very few alternatives that even have a pool

I stayed during the peak end-of-year season, so the price was high, but overall I was satisfied with the value. If I return to Krakow, I would definitely book this hotel again

Got inconsistent reception at breakfast, the ladies working in the breakfast room asked about if we needed anything, and gave menus, the gentleman would just ask for our room number and then let us seat ourselves with no menus, happened so often we thought he just didn't like us, so that was odd

Once you cross the river, you will immediately find many nice restaurants and bars in the old district of Krakow

The most perfect stay at Golden Tulip. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, the hotel was immaculate and in the best location. Kettle, tea, coffee in the room as well as a safe room keep passports secure

Light in the sauna didn’t work, tv kept turning itself off after a few minutes (not there for tv but. ), no soap in the public toilet, no extraction in the bathroom. But that is as much as I can fault so it’s small

The decor is great, I was worried it would be a bit much but it was perfect. Check in and out quick and easy and luggage storage was useful and secure

A nice hotel in a great location (only 5 minutes from the main square - Rynek Glowny). The hotel isn't very attractive from the outside, but inside everything has been renovated and is in good condition

When we arrived the water thing was broken in the bathroom and we had to call for mechanic to fix it. Additionally the window did not fully close , kinda bad when outside it is -10 c

1 wc was out of order, gentlemen at the desk in the morning needs to smile more and be welcoming, reception staff were excellent and vleaners wirked hard and very polite

I’ve been an Accor customer for many years and have stayed at several hotels of the chain in different countries, and this had never happened before

The housekeeping staff are very friendly and greet you in the hallways. However, the cordiality in the dining area could have been better

I went with my son and they went out there way to make are beds as singles and let us go in are room before 2pm. Lovely little spread for breakfast, no problems with WiFi very quiet. We will definitely stay again

The hotel is just a 20 minutes walk from the old town, which was absolutely not a problem for me, considering that the weather was warm enough during the day. The staff was always friendly and helpful

The only thing I would not recommend is the airport transfer service. It is essentially just a regular (overpiced) taxi booking, so you can save some money by using services like Uber or Bolt instead

Always clean, easy to get to from the train station, offers a cozy restaurant, and they even have a laundry room on the 1st floor (laundry detergent is available for purchase at the reception desk)

This is a 'grand hotel' set right in the heat of the Old Town, just off the corner of the main square, so perfectly located! The rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean

We were slightly disappointed that it didn't have an open bar, although on our last night the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to sit there, and served us drinks

We were told that it would be open regularly when the season picked up in a couple of weeks time

Started here one night, the first of our trip. We arrived on our flight into Warsaw and took the train down to Krakow, arriving to the hotel shortly after 10 pm

Good breakfast, loved the local options. Rooms were really nice but a little noisy: Trams on the street were pretty noisy. Location was perfect

The room was very spacious, clean, well equipped and amazing condiment to old town and the train station.

I did find the noise from the trams passing by annoying at first, but soon tuned them out. Everything otherwise was excellent.
