There is a shop just round the corner where you can find drinks and snacks as well as ready made rolls and sandwiches. There is also a nice restaurant on the other corner serving traditional polish food

We had room only so cannot comment on breakfast. Rooms were spacious and very clean with comfy bed and a small balcony. Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the main square but is next to a very busy road

Hotel location is excellent 5 minute walk into the centre of things. Trams run outside and it is also walking distance to the main train stain and a lovely shopping centre

I have no idea how much this hotel costs, because (in a perhaps dubious use of funds) an institution paid for it, but I'd definitely recommend it! The really impressive part was the breakfast--a true feast with different proteins, veggies, fruits, and different baked goods/pastries each day

The room was perfect for what we needed and in close walking distance to everything! We had a car and we were able to find a street spot in front of the hotel, there is a parking meter you pay at on the street

Equally impressive was the helpfulness of the staff, especially the receptionist who was just as kind and cheerful to visitors who mistook this address for their actual hotel as she was to the paying guests

Location wise it is ideal with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was in the basement, there was plenty of choice of cold and hot food, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, cakes and bread

We were allocated a twin room instead of a double as our holiday company had messed up the booking, the lady at reception rectified the matter and gave us another room, this room was lovely

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Kraków Old Town. The location is super convenient just a few minutes from the main train station and within walking distance to the Old Town, so it was easy to get everywhere

Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto is well located in the city, just opposite the mall, good connected with train station, coach terminal and tram. It is just 10 min to the old town

As an English-speaking tourist, their fluent English and friendly greetings were much appreciated. Terrific location, walking distance to so many sights. Krakow is wonderful and a stay here will add to the experience

A great place to stay at Krakow. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was good and the general service was ok. It is not in the city center but well connected via the tram network right next to it.

The hotel was located near to "Rondo Mogilskie" tram station, which was near to city center. The response of the hotel staff was commendable. The breakfast was a decent one.

Nice area outside of the main city centre but with good transport links. The bar closed very early when we were staying but the staff were very friendly and drinks were available to buy from the fridge at reception

Have had a full body massage at Vanilla Spa with my friend - loved the experience. We had access to sauna area 30’mins before the massage, followed by a relaxing massage. Masseuses were very professional and nice

It was amazing! Strongly recommend SPA Complex for rest at the weekend. We have wonderful experience here. Hamam, tea, scrub & massage with bamboo. It was just the best choice for relaxation

A beautiful hotel and amazing location! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! The only thing was the breakfast options, as someone who can’t eat dairy there wasn’t much choice as it was 3 courses (5 small plates all had dairy) and I wasn’t offered an alternative

The few negatives were 1) The room air con made the rooms very cold. 2) The sleigh beds had a big gap where the pillows kept disappearing into. 3) The spa does not cater for people who have difficulties walking

Was a brilliant place just to put head down for the night. IF you are looking for more then this hotel is not for you. There are fresh clean towels and bedding. It was a simple room with a toilet, shower, and twin beds

The best part of this hotel is the location. You are basically across the street from the old town. So going to places to eat was easy. The staff are actually very friendly and helpful

The hotel has a lovely smell of cinnamon apples throughout, and felt very clean yet homely. The room we had was on the smaller side however was very comfortable. The bed was huge and had 2 duvets which was really nice
