We booked a private room and were offered an upgrade for extra 10zl to a larger one, which turned out to be very large indeed. The hostel is nice and clean, and right in the middle of the action.

Do not bother if you want to sleep at night as 4am fighting and screaming is a norm over 2 nights apparently. They charged me 70PLN for late check out despite me feeling awful, dont wait for sympathy Won't stay again thats for sure

It's a scam, it has nothing to do with the photos on the website, there is a nightclub below the hostel. So there is a lot of noise that they don't inform you about. The receptionist literally doesn't know anything. They don't have complaint forms. They don't give us our money back. It is without a doubt the worst experience of my life.

Location is the biggest positive point for this hostel. The staff is also very helpful. The only issue is that it is on the first floor and there is no elevator. So if you have heavy luggage or you have any issue climbing stairs you need to think twice before booking.

For how much I paid for this room, I wasn't expecting much, however the room was lovely and spacious. Bed was comfy and had a good night's sleep. Had a private bathroom that was also spacious. The location is amazing too. If you are on a budget and want to stay somewhere that great for exploring the Old Town I recommend this Hostel!

Couple aged 28 and 31. Perfect location down a little street off the square. Our room was number 11. Directly above a nightclub, unsure if it states this on the website but even if it does it’s not obvious. So something I believe should be included. Nightclub extremely loud and plays music until 3am (and we stayed on weekdays). Hotel room was clean with coffee and tea. We stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned. Not a massive issue, but believe w cleaner should have offered towels. (I understand we could ask ourself but it would have been nice to have been offered / left clean towels). Hotel staff were ok. We only saw two females on the reception desk. Prior to the holiday we booked the Auschwitz tour through the hotel. On arrival we asked where the pick up station was and if it was a far walk (hotel staff did not know and advised we call the booking people). Due to not speaking Polish we requested the hotel staff ring on our behalf to ascertain where we were getting picked up however the staff said they were not able to. This was extremely odd and unhelpful seems we booked through the hotel!!!!

I felt sorry for the staff because they were really nice and tried to be helpful but realistically they couldn't do anything to help improve what was not a great hostel. The beds were uncomfortable and the kitchen was flooded because they were defrosting a fridge. This meant we had to go through puddles to get to the bathroom. However the absolute worst thing was the noise. On the first night there was music from a next door club literally making the wall shake. Even with ear plugs there was just no possibility of getting any sleep before 2am (which I guess is ok if you are on a stag do). The location, however, is very central.
