Super stylish decor. Mix of modern and traditional designs. Amazing bathrooms and we have been upgraded to a lovely suit!

Clean room. Staff were a bit flat considering we were there for Christmas Eve dinner, it was not treated as if it were anything special. Dinner was really very disappointing, breakfast options were okay.

Great hotel located in Krakow Old Town. The check in was fast and the room was clean with two large single beds. The spa was very cosy and in a fantastic basement setting. All staff were very friendly.

This hotel is located right in the centrum with limited parking, but that is not a problem. I called the hotel on my way there an they said drive to the hotel and park your car..

On the morning they delivered the car at expected time..

The hotel is located in a boisterous place, the noise ends around 5 am, so practically you can not sleep if your room faces the street.

The hotel is cold and unwelcoming; it feels like being in a Franciscan monastery.
