I'm hesitant at first to book because of the review ratings, but i give it a try and booked 3 days. They are nice and kind i really like my room, it's coozy and clean. The breakfast is good too! And they have swimming pool and sauna.

The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, but my experience was marred by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the reception staff at Helios Hotel. When I asked for directions to the toilet, the receptionist was dismissive, and the toilet signage was confusing, with two women’s signs on one door. Despite bringing this to her attention after my meal, she ignored my feedback, claiming she doesn’t use the toilet herself. This lack of courtesy and professionalism left me disappointed.

No AC, small and cheaply furnished room, ancient bathroom, no lift, really bad WiFi.
If you are lucky, you will get a room with mountain views, that's a huge plus.
There is a really nice kid's playground near the hotel.

The view from the 2nd floor balcony was fantastic. And that's it. Overall the 202 room was the same like it was built in 70's.. felt like in a time machene, back in socialist Poland.. Noisy fridge, noisy doors, only half of the sockets in the room were working. The balcony door lock was half dead and the balcony was unclean. Single beds we had, almost had their springs popped out, so every time you roll in a bed it made a terrible sound. No hair dryer or electric kettle. Location quite good, but the price was way too high considering this poor quality - 2-room apartment for 120 eur.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. For us, the location is ideal: easy walking distance to main drag but located away from it. Close to bus and railway stations and for all minibus services. The food in the restaurant is very good, with a wide variety and reasonably priced. Rooms are fine. If you choose a room facing the mountains, the view is second to none. Free parking, too. For us, it's a fantastic location with great food and clean, warm, comfortable rooms.

Really nice hotel close to the centre of Zakopane, comfy bed, warm room, everything clean, really nice people at the reception, breakfast was also great, they serve everything you can imagine. Wifi is okay, I managed to do everything I wanted. Definitely one of the best hotels I stayed in in Zakopane!

Pretty much the best you can expect from a cheap hotel. Mostly clean sheets, heating is working, alright place to sleep. Payed 20$ for the night, would've been disappointed if I payed more. Restaurant food is delicious, but the place closes at 18:00

Tight rooms, you can almost move, good Italian restaurant, the breakfast and dinner were very Pleasent.. I love their Lazanja.. I like the place overall.. Nice staying

Pretty basic hotel but did the job considering we weren't in the room too much. The room itself was very hot!! And considering we visiting in March when it was -2 we genuinely struggled to cool it down! The restaurant for the evenings is good prices & good food. The breakfast (that we paid extra for) was average. Good location overlooking great views though!
