Hotel Arkadia Royal, Warsaw1 / 30

Warsaw, Bronisława Czecha 10, Wawer (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I've been here for the fifth time in the past three months (summer ~ autumn 2025), and if I remember correctly, I've left reviews each time. So, I'll say it again. Everything is perfect. The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, the surroundings are quiet and relaxed, and the food is delicious. The saunas are open and available for use, included in the price, no additional fees. Best regards...
This hotel has the most wonderful employee receptionis - Kristofer. People like him make you want to come back to this place again and again. He smiles, he is helpful, he provides the necessary information at the right time. Such service definitely makes it worth coming back. Next time, I will bring the whole family.
Kšistof is the best. Fulfills all the needs of the client 100% will return again.
Krzysztof was an outstanding receptionist who provided truly world-class service. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for each guest created an experience that felt both personal and seamless. He didn’t just perform his duties — he anticipated needs, remembered preferences, and made every interaction feel individualized and sincere. Thanks to his exceptional communication skills...
It's rather old and the facilities are basic.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Arkadia Royal! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could possibly need. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.

The hotel itself is really good, but have some rules, which was not mentioned on Booking. So we had some bad experience with hotel stuff, which spoiled all the good things. Good for one night.
Good place to stay in for a couple of days. With restaurant on the ground floor and public parking
Very good hotel. Everything was great. Clean and cozy rooms, nice staff. Bonus coffee and tea in the room. Of the minuses, the lack of hangers in the bathroom. If you use the shower, the water falls to the floor.
Very clean and calm place. Minus- didnt get breakfast, had to say before it. Restaurant downstairs but work frok 12p.m.

Nice and cosy hotel with a vintage vibe. Clean and quiet. Good food, nice breakfast, friendly staff.
The service is very good, the front desk lady is also very nice and can communicate in English. Remember to check in after 3 o'clock
One 23sq meter room to myself (Green Peace) I think. I could use a larger desk for doing work, but otherwise the room is great. Inviting decor, pillows that aren't too soft, large TV. It wasn't noisy either. I did not have time to try the restaurant below.
Very cozy room, spacious bathroom. Friendly staff!
ART-mazing concept hotel. Very nice rooms with big king-size beds. I was pretty positive, convinced about the whole style.. Definitely one of the best 3-star hotels I visited.
Nice hotel with an interesting design, a sense of creativity...Good breakfast.

Clea and tiny. Comfortable beds. Breakfast had enough to cater for everyone. The staff are really nice and friendly. Plenty of secure parking.Considering it is on the main road the windows seem to keep all the road noise away ensuring a good night's sleep. Would certainly recommend for a night or two stop over.I could be wrong,I would recommend this hotel for single or couple Travelers. All in all ...
Very good hotel, except the noise from the nearby airport is quite strong.
Helpful and friendly people. Nice breakfast and dinner. Accessible by wheelchair. Thank you for having me.

Recommendable place for a short stay. The disadvantage of the room after arrival was not yet prepared, despite much earlier reservation, we had to wait about 20 minutes.
The rooms are not very new, but clean and tidy. The cable is there, the TV is small, but there is. Everything ok. A place definitely focused on weddings, corporate events, etc.
Very fine hotel, perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Rooms modest, equipped to the standard, clean and tidy. Very nice and friendly service. Ample parking. It is possible to leave by car even late in the evening.

Not a bad pkace to stay. Very close to Lazienki Park and other attractions. However, there is a prpblem to find a parking space and the main & noisy road is very close. Service and staff is v. good. Thanks
Great hotel in Warsaw. Always returning here. Clean, spacious and silent. Good breakfast, excellent coffee.
Old-fashioned hotel. Tidy room but feels like 80's. Breakfast exceeds expectation and staff is well prepared. High and overrated room prices for this value :-(
Quite a simple hotel with a breakfast offering but no restaurant at other times during the day. The location is brilliant as it is just in front of a wonderful park with historical buildings, sculpture and nice piece of green nature.
Room was clean, breakfast was acceptable. There were no conditioning, so had to ooen windows. But it was very noisy outside, could not sleep well.

Was here for a week, great prices, quiet, clean, spacious rooms, very friendly staff who are happy to accommodate, good bus service to the city. This is a great place to stay!
Pretty good for this price. If you really want something more then it will cost more.
The lady at the reception is amazing , greeted me with a huge smile, offered a couple of recommendations for their special pizza that I tried and it was great . I had a cup of cappuccino and it was right tight , the exact kind that I needed for a cold evening . The rooms are spacious and extremely clean and I love it not mentioning the prices being very affordable. Keep it up .

Warme welcome. Accomodating hosts. Great location. Spacious appartment. Very helpful staff always happy to help :)
Older buildings, but very nicely decorated. Amazing use of small spaces. The view from the 10th floor at night is breathtaking.
Perfect location. Apartments are large and comfortable. We've been here several times.
Platinium is a nice place to stay. The prices were decent for the apartment size. What I do not like is that the apartments are not isolated there is a lot of noise from other apartments. This was a big disappointment.
Big sized spacious, clean rooms. Good facilities (hob, microwave, hair dryer, towels, hoover, iron and ironing board) Good location - shop in the complex downstairs and lots more within a 5 minute walk. Inside the hotel was very quiet, quite rowdy outside at night so had to close the windows so wasn't a problem. 5-20 mins walk from the main streets, depending what you are looking for. The reception...
The location is great, the apartments are well equipped and quite modern, but they don’t look new. Everything is made of cheap materials. The bathroom could definitely be improved. I had a studio apartment with a balcony. It’s reasonably priced in my opinion. The staff is great - very friendly and nice. The check in process was straightforward and quick. And they have a lot of channels on TV!
The location is good and only 2,0 kms to old town. Cleaning was satisfactory. Our view from the balcony was magnificent. Rooms and beds are good. The only issue for us was the bath tub. It was a little high from the floor so that one of our guy fell down and broken his 2 ribs.

I have spent at least several weekends at OSiR hotel. As I can remember, prices were reasonable, and rooms were very clean. What's most important, the neighbourhood has been located in the city center, and it has an easy access to the underground (Politechnika). A lot of restaurants nearby.
Nice pool but the service is so rude!
25 meter pool. Affordable especially if u take a membership. Discount for students
Be aware that there are a lot if people during the day. So try to come early in the morning
I love it. It's just sometime they close the kids swimming pool or the slide for no reason. Every time I go there. It has to be something closed and u can't use it.

We booked this hotel because we went to concert in Progresja club, which is few hundred meters from there. Location is probably as perfect as it can get - very close to the club, also just on the other side of the road there is supermarket with multiple shops. Hotel surprised me as it was full when we arrived, I actually only heard other guests once, in the hallways. Walls are thick and very well isolates...
The hotel I left this morning is on the edge of town. The room is spacious and bright, direct public transport to the center, next to a shopping center with a cheap supermarket - what else do you need for one night? Fridge in the room and normal attitude. Okay, fridge, but the administrator's "it's not my problem" excuse... welcome to Eastern Europe, huh? There is no elevator in the hotel, my room...
Liked the stay, though pillow was something tragic.. But everything else was good!
Nice and neat place to stay if you are on a business trip. Facility has everything you need, rooms are spacious, breakfast is good. Hotel includes free parking lot. Logistics near hotel is good, you can reach any location needed in city with no issues.
Great hotel, reasonably priced for Warszawa, big rooms with aircon
Very polite staff, nice localization and clean rooms. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. Conditioner and kettle with tea in rooms are available too. Good job guys.

Best place to stay if you need a parking lot by the hotel and dont want to be far from the center of Warsaw for a decent price.
I choosed the hotel for the night because it was near the place I needed to visit. Room was older style. Bathroom look little newer. Breakfast was included. And that was good. Staff was helpful. There where lot of restaurants and stores nearby. But I didn't have the time to check them out.
I have toured most of Poland and I have to say that the staff in this hotel was the friendliest, warmest and most hospitable by far. They went out of their way several times to help us. I especially have to mention this true gentleman of a chef, who made me the best scrambled eggs in all existence. Dziękuję!
The lobby and the restaurant are the only renovated areas. The lift is old and tiny and the rooms look like from the communist era. Interesting to experience that these days :) but bathroom was large, TV worked ( all the disco polo channels). It is clean, just "outdated clean". I think last renovations in the bathrooms were in the early to mid 90's.
The place is value for the price u pay

Someone entered our room at 11 PM while I was sleeping due to a check‑in error made by the reception — an unacceptable breach of privacy and security. The next day, our room wasn’t cleaned, and only afterwards were we told about an unusual “green sign” procedure that was never mentioned at check‑in. Poor communication and avoidable mistakes ruined our stay.
Great location in the old town. Two options for breakfast, and coffee and tea also available during the day.
Excellent Hotel if you want to be right in the zone. Transit's right there. Many restaurants to choose from Not good if you're old or have mobile issues as there's no elevator. Our hotel is right beside the castle. Thus the name Castle in.
Amazing location. Staff were extremely helpful.  Loved my stay.
The hotel is in a very good location. I took a room with a single bed (it actually was like the cupboard under the stairs like in Harry Potter, but larger for comfortable stay). It was just a single night. The girl in the reception was very patient in answering my questions and also guided me how to go around in the Warsaw old town area. Located right in front of the Royal Castle, and easily accessible...
I recently stayed at Castle Inn, a unique and charming hotel located right in the heart of Warsaw’s Old Town. What makes this hotel truly special is its historical setting – the building itself is several hundred years old, and you can feel the character and heritage as soon as you walk in. It’s not just a place to sleep; it’s an experience that adds to the atmosphere of visiting Warsaw. One of the...

While the location was superb, the room left a lot to desire...First and foremost, it was tiny, not enough space to even walk around. There was no wardrobe, no kettle, no tea or coffee --- as in all the bare minimum complementary things one would expect. One of the towels had some odd blue staining on it. The price overall was decent, but I still think they could have put more effort into keeping the...
Very nice hotel rooms and the bar in the lobby is a great meeting spot. Like many hotels in this region of Europe, there is no air conditioning available during colder months. This is a concept not generally grasped by Americans who don’t travel abroad often. Just ask for a room on a lower floor and you will be fine (heat rises). The staff originally placed my wife and I on the 9th floor, but they...
Great hotel in an excellent location We booked a larger room, while my parents-in-law stayed in a standard one with city view. I would strongly recommend choosing the larger option — it’s very spacious, whereas the standard room is quite small with limited space for luggage. The rooms were clean and everything worked well. We also had breakfast at the hotel; it was fine, but we missed having warm...
Motel 1 one Warsaw - Chopin is a wonderful hotel. It is a top choice for someone who values clean hotel rooms like me. Motel one was the solution for me. Nice rooms, friendly personal central and CLEAN The best part though is the ambient. It is a music / F. Fantastic hotel. Staff are amazing. Speak very good English and can't do enough for you. Beds are really comfortable, and rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fantastic hotel. Excellent service, wonderful staff. The location is brilliant. Close to everything you want. Breakfast is good but no actual dining area. We struggled for seats. The hotel was good The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, The location was convenient and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were polite, although the check-in process took longer than expected. It’s a decent place to stay for a short visit.
I stayed queen room. It was so big and clean.
Stayed for 3 nights, was given room much earlier than 3pm, thankful for that but wooden floor was quite dirty, seems no vacuuming was done. Shower gel, toilet paper not replenished. Have to ask recept to contact housekeeping. Can't call recept, no dial number available. Misread the housekeeping message, after 1st night, nothing was cleared but that is ok, no big deal. Overall it was good though.
The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for getting around. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Palace of Culture and Science. The room was a bit small but clean and tidy. When I extended my stay, they accommodated my request for a quieter room. The breakfast offered a wide variety, including hot and cold dishes and fruits, catering to different tastes. If I visit again in the future...
The noise with the window open was too much, but closing it made the air stuffy. The location wasn't great; it was quite a distance to the station, and taking the bus required crossing the street.
Very clean, and the purified water in the hallway is perfect for making tea.
