Castle Inn is a historic and modern hotel. Great location in Old town Warsaw. Staff is very helpful and friendly, especially a staff member who checked us in, he's name is Rolat. He made suggestions about cool places, helped us to find locations and guided us to places, which we wanted to see. Also the room was really clean and nice, with a big bathroom. Overall, good price with good location and quality.

Perfectly located in the middle of Warsaw Old Town. Lovely single room with ensuite and breakfast served in a very comfortable anti room. The staff were very helpful and I would recommend anyone to stay there ?☺?

In weeks of traveling throughout Europe we continued to be happy with our various accommodations...until our experience at Castle Inn. The location is great, just off the main square...unless bell chiming will disrupt your sleep as it did ours. But the unfriendly, less than accomodating staff was what really turned us off. First there was the snidely stated comment in response to our asking if there was a lift that it is an old building. This continued when we ran into a bit of confusion as to how to access our room and when we inquired about having difficulty logging on the internet and being told to "try again"...so helpful! Yes, little things but when weary travelers are your business, isn't it your job to accomodate them?
The room was fine, if you don't mind hitting your head on the "tree" painted support beam that extends over the bed.
But when we twice confirmed with desk staff that the pick up spot for our cab to airport was just outside only to discover the cab was waiting in the circle just across in the square! Oh, and don't even plan, as we did, to use the laundry facility...until we found out it was through the desk, expensive and unlikely to get more than a load or two by our departure time!
This is a classic example that staffing can make...or in this case, break your business. But when you read the never seen in all my travels 'rules' list you get the impression the disfunction probably runs deep in this establishment! Stay elsewhere!

Someone entered our room at 11 PM while I was sleeping due to a check‑in error made by the reception — an unacceptable breach of privacy and security. The next day, our room wasn’t cleaned, and only afterwards were we told about an unusual “green sign” procedure that was never mentioned at check‑in. Poor communication and avoidable mistakes ruined our stay.

The hotel is in a very good location. I took a room with a single bed (it actually was like the cupboard under the stairs like in Harry Potter, but larger for comfortable stay). It was just a single night. The girl in the reception was very patient in answering my questions and also guided me how to go around in the Warsaw old town area. Located right in front of the Royal Castle, and easily accessible to all areas around that.

in the heart of the old town. Understand its a 600 years old building. Helpful and friendly frontdesk. If you have heavy suitcase not recommended, because it's only steps.No lift.
