Airconditioning worked very well. Very central location of Lisbon (Chiado).
Very small shower and you more or less needed to stand outside the shower with the door slighly open to turn on the water (unless you wanted to get cold/hot water over you before you got correct temperature of the water.
Walls and door for toilet and shower made of glass (foiled), and posssible to see through here and there. Gaps between glass wall and glass door. Likely that it was some bugs in one of the beds as one person got lots of bit-marks.

The desk personell were very kind and service minded. However the hotel standard was very low and not that clean.

The location is perfect...a few minutes' walk from the most popular areas but in a quieter district for sleeping well at night. The staff was very helpful and made some great recommendations for truly local restaurants with delicious, affordable food. I really enjoyed my stay. I was traveling on my own and felt very safe in the hotel and in the neighborhood.

Location was lovely, close to shops and restaurants.
Very dark interior, very old small elevator, we chose to take the stairs.
In the room there was poor ventilation.
Air conditioning unit made noises all night.
Very noisy at night from street below.
Otherwise for one night it was decent for the price.

The hotel is in a perfect location to walk everywhere which I love. 3 mins walking distance from Baixa-Chiado train station which is very convenient. Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was centrally located in the old town area and close to the local train station.

Friendly, helpful staff, comfy beds and good location with restaurants and live relaxing music just outside.
Sadly the room design was awful. We were in room 15, it was small with poor sound proofing when people occupied the room above. The toilet & shower is in the main room with a frosted glass surround so your outline could be seen and heard while using the toilet or shower. The sink was outside of the glass surround but had nowhere to put soap, toothbrush etc.
The towel hooks and clothes rails were so high I couldn’t use them. My husband who is 5.10 found them difficult to use.
The toilet seat was broken at the hinge, the sink plug was missing and the cover for an electrical socket in the floor was also missing so you stubbed your feet. The safe was very temperamental as was the tv which only had Portuguese channels.

Small stylish hotel in hilly Theater District
Great area close to many interesting sights and Camoes Square which is a meeting point for many Tours. That square is right next to Baixo- Chiado subway station. It is in one of the hilly areas of Lisbon. Walking down is fine, but I usually took an Uber at the end of my sightseeing instead of walking back up the hill. Immaculate stylishly decorated room. The bathroom is quite small. The room is perfect for one person but a tight squeeze for two people.There is a little elevator with the sliding metal grill on each side of it. There’s really not a lobby – just one employee seated behind a glass pane. No place inside the hotel to get breakfast but cafés are right next-door and the food is delicious.

Good location for the centre of Lisbon and within easy walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. Also convenient for tram, bus and metro services.

Very nice place if you would like to enjoy a transitional Fado night. Try to be there either at 8 or at 10.30 the 1st show ends around 10 so if you won't catch it from the start wait till the 2nd show. Plus there is a minimum charge per person.

Great music, loved the experience. Prices are high, so you may consider going for the late service and just have a drink or dessert there (there is a minimum order to seat down) while you enjoy the beautiful performances.

Singers and players still good. Was here 5 years ago, but like a lot of Lisbon has sold its soul to the tourist devil. Full of tour groups who don't respect he protocols of silence and ban on flash photos. Service average, and floor management rude. Look elsewhere for fado authenticity now.

Very nice place, very well decorated. The food was great just the deserts where a bit to sweet for my taste. Other than that the food was just perfect and the staff very attentive most of the time. The mood was just perfect, not noisy at all.

This restaurant was a great finding! It's open Sunday until 1am (which is somewhat rare here) and the food was incredible!! The pork cheek out of this world and the duck amazing. Service was fast and very friendly, albeit it was empty due to the time.
