Excellent service & assistance from Reception staff, Bar & Cleaning Personnel. Strongly recommend Zurrich VIP Hotel- good value.

Hotel was clean and provided a good breakfast, unfortunately no provision to make tea or coffee in the room.

I booked 3 rooms , all are fine but one of the rooms has no air conditioning which was the only thing not good for me. I’ve told the receptionist to get it fixed but still no air conditioning

Bad experience! No bottled water supply everyday, no kettle, no coffee or tea bags, no toothbrush, poor front desk service that asked for the laundry shop location, replied with finding google! One of the days forgot to clean the cup. Take 20 minutes bus to the centre. The refrigerator is not cold at all.

The facilities are very modern and well-equipped. I've stayed at the Moxy at Vienna Airport before, which was also quite good. The only downsides were no complimentary bottled water and no room service; you had to go to the bar downstairs for drinks. This hotel is super convenient, right by Lisbon Airport. You can drop off your luggage and head back to the airport to catch the metro for sightseeing. The facilities are great, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. Plus, they have food available 24/7, which is a huge bonus! Highly recommend!

I stayed at Alif Hotel in Lisbon and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and quiet, which makes it comfortable for resting after a day in the city. The only downside is that the breakfast price feels a bit high for what is offered, and some improvement there would make the stay even better. The room is a bit small. The staff are very friendly. There's a supermarket nearby, and it's not far from the bus stop. You have to carry your luggage up three steps to get through the entrance. There are fruits and herbal tea next to the front desk. For luggage storage, you need to bring it down to the basement (the staff will help). We had strong guys with us, so we just had them carry it.

The location is great, it is walking distance to a lot of sites. The room is clean and cozy. The only downside is that you can hear the buses and cars on the street, if you are a light sleeper this may affect you, but generally I had a good stay at my story hotel Tejo.

Location is good, rooms are ok, they did have the crib we requested set up in the room. However if you're looking for a hotel with transport to the airport included would NOT recommend this hotel. Breakfast was average, as expected. Their transportation is 5 euros per person. Then they said our toddler would not need to pay, but then said his stroller would be another 5 euros. For a total of 15 euros...

The Building was nice and huge. Room was clean and spacious. However i would not recommend for longer stay cause they don’t even have phone in the room, you have to walk in the hallway to call the reception. ‼️ No drinking water available as well. ⚠️ Make sure to take your own. The room felt a bit dated, but it was clean. We arrived at 2 PM and were able to check in right away. The off-season price was really good value. Breakfast was served until 10:30 AM, and there was plenty to eat to fill you up. The location wasn't the best; it was a bit far from everything, and there weren't many food options nearby. However, taxis are cheap in Lisbon.

The staff were incredibly nice and let us check in early. The hotel's location is excellent, with a McDonald's and a supermarket nearby. It's within walking distance of Liberty Avenue, perfect for shopping every day. After dinner, the walk back to the hotel was just right for a nice digestif. I booked this hotel for my boyfriend. I asked the hotel to make some special arrangements and they made sure it was done. Got to know from my boyfriend the room was clean with a massage chair provided. Great view as well.
