Very nice hotel, perfect for families with little kids. The breakfast was amazing!

Great experience staying here. Try to ask for an already renovated room which is much better. Parking entrance is very narrow. There was a stranger walking around lobby area trying to grab guest’s belongings, everyone please take extra care and hotel should monitor outside people more please.

During the stay, there was an event happening, but the service quality was maintained and quickly responded. The only is the HK team rang the bell a few times during the day time to check if the service needed.

I like Ctrip's service, both before and after sales are awesome, so I will definitely give priority to Ctrip's platform when traveling, and try my best to meet customer needs. I like Portugal and will visit it again if I have the chance.

Centrally located. Irene from the room is very nice. Overall is very good. But when got into the room, there was a box left inside the trash bin. Most likely the housekeeper didn’t check when preparing the room. The body wash bottle was empty too. They responded fast when I feedback.

This was the only place in Lisbon that truly left a lasting impression on us. The location is excellent, close to both El Corte Inglés and Avenida da Liberdade. The room amenities were quite good, and the doormen and staff were all very attentive. The only slight letdown was that breakfast in the morning didn't quite meet our expectations, but everything else was fantastic.

Such friendly and helpful staff in a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. Loved the spa and rooftop pool and sitting at the bar for an evening cocktail. The breakfast is worth it with so many delightful choices. Brilliant location in Lisbon close to shopping, parks, and to sightseeing. Very easy to get around by taxi or uber. Will definitely be back!

The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom with its excellent wet/dry separation – the shower's water barrier was perfect. The room also featured a floor-to-ceiling window that could almost fully open (with a safety rail outside). Both the lounge and restaurant are on the first floor. The lobby had a great ambiance with beautiful flower arrangements.

Great service and plenty of choice at breakfast. The hotel was in a great location close to the metro.

Spa facilities were great. Shower power. Rooftop was nice but very busy! Room was great. Breakfast was amazing! Felt like a 5 star hotel.

The staff was very accommodating to us.  My husband was ill and the brought soup and gave take away boxes so I could ring him breakfast.  They even called to check on him!

Loved the room - spacious and the bed was really big. Room was also clean - though the shower screen had some issues and water kept spilling on to the floor. Amenities and facilities were also great - rooftop bar and pool should stay open later than 6pm!

One of the most customer friendly staff I she experienced in my travels. Nuno from the guest relations team was extremely helpful. From suggesting the best restaurants and always ready to assist in any way possible. The breakfast was lavish. Some of the staff in the restaurant have trouble with English, but Google translate can easily take care of that problem! Room service was prompt and housekeeping...

We had a room at level 2 facing street, and it's very noisy. Hotel is very old, breakfast is average too.

I stayed in room 311, which was at the end of two long corridors. The facilities were quite old, the furniture was noisy, and the bathroom door required a lot of force to close. The room was poorly soundproofed; the noise from the shower in the next room downstairs severely affected my sleep. I complained to the front desk, but they didn't do anything about it. The location is great. Tram No. 28 is right outside, and the staff are friendly. Slippers are provided upon request. Portugal doesn't have many hotels that are child-friendly, so this hotel is a good choice in that regard. The breakfast is not overly extensive, but has a decent selection and is quite tasty. There's also a large supermarket next door, which is nice, but it closes around 9 p.m.

Very friendly service by the staffs everywhere. Great location within walking distance from all the places of interest. Only wish that they have USB ports by the bedside though. This has been a standard at other hotels I have been.

Very decent hotel. Reception could get really busy during the day but generally decent, quiet and clean. And the staffs are generally very helpful. I strongly recommend Atlis Grand. You should stay here anytime you visit Lisbon.

Awesome hotel. We had a very large beautiful corner suite with a great view. Great location and service. Concierge arranged a driver to take us to Cascais and Sintra and it was wonderful. Loved our stay!

This is my first time staying at Sana Hotel. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The service is very good, warm and courteous. The service in the restaurant is also very good. The hotel buffet also has many types and tastes good. When I checked out, the products were still on the first floor. I bought some specialties, and they feel pretty good!

Frequent planes fly over and one side is noisy, so I had to wait in the room.

Great hotel, perfect location just a few meters from the metro, 15 minutes to the city center. The breakfast was phenomenal and the hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We will definitely come back and I've already recommended it to some friends who are going for 4 days at New Year's.

The staying experience in the hotel is fair only. 1. The lift is unstable. When it arrives at the designated floor, it shakes rigorously,. I have great concern on its safety. 2. The breakfast is poor. The hotel requires me to pay for breakfast for every day, even I said I don’t want breakfast. Even worse, the food are always boring and insufficient. Everything was top notch. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, great heating / aircon. Lots of TV channels. Fantastic breakfast. Amazing location beside metro station, large supermarket next door. My second time here and it was even better this time. Definitely my hotel of choice when visiting the beautiful city of Lisbon.

There is metro from airport to right in front of hotel. Not much choices of restaurants around here. A good cafe at left of hotel and a Japanese sushi buffet about 200 meters away. Morning breakfast buffet is good. Lots of choices

Very good hotel in all respects. However, I found it very mean to make me pay for documents to print (3 euros per page) when in all hotels you can print as much as you want in the business center??? I will return with pleasure.

Despite of the room darkness, air conditioning and the room conditionis good. I have a comfortable stay. Hotel restaurant and the nearby restaurants are convenient to tourist. Private parking with daily charges.

I stayed in an executive room for four days, then switched to this standard king room, which felt like a better fit. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the school and shopping street, and the surrounding amenities are also great.

Stayed here for a short trip and loved it. Breakfast was delicious with both local and international items. The room was cozy, and the bathroom was very clean. Excellent hospitality from the entire team.

Nice hotel with all the facilities you could need for a short stay. We booked a double room and unfortunately we were given a twin single beds room. They have a large number of twin single beds rooms we were told they could not change us even after booking a double

Beautiful hotel with good size room for Europe. A bit far from the middle of everything (Avenida Liberdade and downtown area) but only a 7€ uber ride.  Hotel itself is nice but the hallways are so dark-for the ambiance I guess. Breakfast buffet features Portuguese selection and has quite a bit of choices. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Our stay at Vila Gale Opera was very nice. We were very pleased with the staff at the front desk. The lobby bar staff was also very fun and interactive. Very nice and clean room, the rooftop pool was enjoyable and views were amazing. Thank you.

Facilities are not very clean and worn. Lack of maintenance. The location is great. Very high price for the service provided. Regarding the staff, only one was actually helpful and careful (check-in). Most positive point: breakfast! It is very rich and tasty.

An excellent breakfast, attentive staff and everything very comfortable and clean. I just have to mention the noise felt in the morning in the rooms facing the bridge. If staying more than one night I would ask to change rooms.

The room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.

It's located out and away from the tourist or shopping areas but there are many small restaurants nearby so if hotel quinine is nit fir you there are many other choices. Check in and we're quick, dedk staff being extremely efficient. One of three elevators was out if service during our 3 day stay with another failing fir about a day. Great stay, good location near the train and metro station, shopping mall

The common rooms of decoration is elegant and beautiful. Very suitable to take photos and I love the huge Christmas tree in the hall as I took many beautiful photos there. Breakfast has a lot of choices and you can order cappuccino and latte, they brought them effectively. Overall, it is very good. But I don’t know why they gave me the room at the very end of the building.

Aside from the inconvenient transportation, everything else was impeccable. A particularly satisfying stay in Lisbon. The environment was superb, the service was first-class, and the breakfast was plentiful.

The common areas are nice, the service is good, and the breakfast is great. It's just that the location isn't very convenient.

Really excellent. The best place to stay in portgal from a purely amenities /experience. Note it is a little out of the way, so not the best place to stay if you want to explore Lisbon. But it is a really great experience.

Wonderful stay - did not expect the hotel to be so grand from the photos but was very amazed on arrival. Everything classic and immaculate, with excellent breakfasts and service throughout our 5 day stay.

The main building of the hotel is a refurbished palace, which is unique and beautiful. Staff service is exceptional, guiding you through every part of the hotel, since your arrival and till your departure.

Very good and nice hotel and friendly receptionist Ana. Superb location as the mall opposite the hotel opens till midnight. Awesome sky bar at level 16. We booked the room with river view and it was a sight to behold. Unfortunately it was foggy the morning we were checking out hence the foggy photo from the window.

Lovely , friendly hotel. Extremely clean. The food is very good, the breakfast is excellent. The Spa has a sauna and steam room and pool with water jets. This is great, however, it costs 20 euros for the visit( you need to buy a swimming hat which is 2.50. Beautiful hotel, enchanting and decorated in the style of Lisbon.

I left it in the room and checked out. I inquired later, but they insisted that nothing had happened and did not respond to my inquiries in a courteous manner.

The location is good, on the side of Liberty Avenue, very convenient for transportation, shopping and dining. The hotel room is big enough, the only thing is that the big bed is actually two small beds put together, not a real big bed

Overall the hotel was good. Checkin was really fast and welcoming, and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and all needed is there. Breakfast was tasty and various, special thanks for having pastel de nata:) Only minus for me was a noise from the railway: I’m a light sleeper, so had to use earplugs. But looking positively, I was able to see the sunrise:)

The room was clean and bright, with a partial sea view and complimentary bottled water. The front desk staff, especially one guy who was super nice and quite handsome, was excellent! They also have a gym and a sauna, which is a nice touch!

This hotel is very close to the train and bus stations, easily within walking distance. However, Lisbon's sidewalks are all made of small cobblestones, which are quite challenging for suitcase wheels. The hotel's environment and facilities are comfortable, living up to the Eurostars standard.

Beautiful hotel close to Oriente station. Bad smell on the street, the public services should take more care about the area around and properly support this excellent 5* place. Easy check-in and out procedure.  Nice view on the gulf from the windows and silent rooms for good sleeping. The bed was comfortable, the towels were large snd soft, the shower was amazing. The lighting in the bathroom and the room were bright! So nice to be able to see doing my makeup and getting dressed.
